Really liked this video. Thanks for sharing it! I'm quite interested in trying them out sometime. Have you ever had a protein bar from a company called ALOHA? (In particular, the 'Chocolate, Coconut, Almond' version)? I'd be curious to get your take on it. That is, to get your evaluation of it. Hopefully, they aren't too hard to get for a person in your country. (I live in U.S.A.) I really like some things about that particular version of ALOHA bar, including the low sugars (only 4 grams) and no sugar alcohols, or other problematic ingredients so typical in energy bars. However, they are a bit more stimulating than I like. Probably due to the overall quantity of chocolate in it. While I love some of the health benefits (and taste) of chocolate, it is quite stimulating for my body, and revs me up more than I like. The company says they are coming out with a new variation (version) soon; maybe it will be less "dazzling" to the taste buds but still confer some good convenient food energy, and also a positive taste experience.

Do you think a bar after a gym session could make someone full? If so, for how long? xD

Definitely! They’re actually a lot more filling than a protein shake. I was working out most days when I tried them and found I was full until dinner. Let me know what you think if you try them!

I really didn't mind them! I guess they're not to everyone's taste though. Have you tried Soylent or Huel?
