I've always heard that in the natural world, blue light peaks at midday and red light at dawn and dusk. We need exposure to both types at the right time of day to set our circadian rhythm i.e. our body clock. The right type of light at the right time of day, regulates production of the hormones we need to feel alert or sleepy at the right times. To sleep well, minimise blue light in the evenings. Try to get blue light exposure around the midday hours and red light at each end of the day. This light could be a fantastic tool for this but I think the presenter here got the types of light back to front at some points of the video. As a lumie customer of 20+ years, these lights are lifechanging. I have the wake-up alarm clock in my bedroom and the Brazil in my study. I'm looking at the Halo for my lounge. They last for so long that they are worth the investment.

This is the phone I'm using now. It's actually a rugged phone. I've dropped mine about 24 times in total and it's just the screen protector that got damaged. This is just the best phone to get at $600 or £450

Other Android tablets with MUCH better specs can be bought from Amazon,Samsung etc for less than $100

Buyer Beware. The tablet is almost useless if you stop paying the $40 monthly fee. Consumer Cellular DISABLES almost ALL the functions ( data, wifi, camera,music internet etc etc if you stop subscribing. Tablet and MANDATORY service cost you over $800 for the first year!

Well, I'm 68, have good eyesight, and health so I won't think about buying one of those until I'm 80, but they are nice little phones for people who've been left behind with technical advances. I personally use a Galaxy A71, and next year, I'll get a Google Pixel 7.

Well: 1) Submerging any Phone in pure bleach is not a good Idea and when they tell you, you can wash it with bleach, they're probably talking about diluted bleach, as pure bleach is something you should definitely not get anywhere near your skin. 2) The cracks you mention are certainly not visible. To me it looks like the protective foil has lost contact to the screen, which is to be expected with what you did to that phone. And also the whole are of "damage" was located above the actual display. 3) You get the Notification about the low temperature, because Temperature below the freezing point of water are bad for any type of lithium battery. This is a physical limitation of our current technology. Conclusion: You did treat this phone really badly in your test, which is fair, but expecting it to look like new is a very unrealistic expectation. Any "normal" Phone would have been destroyed by this test, while this one still does everything it is supposed to do.

How do I put it on silent

I really appreciate this, thank you, as creating a "how to" for my Dad. My only feedback is that I am experiencing the Video as too fast to take notes - and particularly for those who tend to be more elderly watching this.

I hope you didn't get unfortunate since you haven't been posting for two years. A shame because your videos are cool, you are very pleasant and we feel sincere. Indeed I watch some of your fairly diverse videos with the subtitles in French from the parameters of KZbin. For this video, the first experience is as you say, an excellent way to explain to children the importance of washing your hands in order to counter lots of bad viruses, in a fun way that they will certainly not forget And will encourage them, I hope, to do it naturally and regularly. The second is cool and very pretty. As for the third, the invisible writing, a small downside: it seems to me that it is rather necessary to write finely (otherwise we see traces) then let dry the sheet which will then appear virgin. Nice scientific explanations. J'espère qu'il ne t'est rien arrivé de fâcheux puisque tu ne postes plus depuis deux ans. Bien dommage car tes vidéos sont cool, tu es très agréable et on te sent sincère. En effet j'ai regarder quelques unes de tes vidéos assez diverses avec les sous-titres en français des paramètres de KZbin. Pour cette vidéo, la première expérience est comme tu le dis, une excellent manière pour expliquer aux enfants l'importance de se laver les mains afin de contrer plein de méchants virus, et ce, de façon ludique qu'ils n'oublieront certainement pas et les incitera, je l'espère, à le faire naturellement et régulièrement. pretty cool, i'll be the target demographic in like 41 years but thats not gonna stop me lmao. there's location sharing apps for smartphones but for dumb phones it's kind of impossible to install apps so i read that this has the ability built-in to send sos messages and location sharing so it's literally perfect.

How is this phone designed for people over 65? This phone is far more complex to use than a smart phone. I mean I can operate it easily, but smartphone is meant for 1 year olds in that case seemingly. This is that dumb marketing style I hate.
