Great video. Was also wondering if the ~15+ physics videos could be put in the physics playlist to make it easier to locate all of the physics videos. Thanks!

I never care when governments try to increase population. It's just a way to compensate for the outlandish grow we have been experiencing for the past few decades. We are transitioning into a stabilization period and governments need to support that more than growth.

That's so weird to what may have to happen to us. Will we turn out like Japan and use robots to do the work. Just imagine what can happen if the population starts to grow to fast, but yet again, this may never happen and somehow we might find a way to fix this.

I think China's 1 child is to narrow. Make that 2 and people can live with it. Indonesia, Nigeria and Pakistan probably needs a similar at least 2-3 child policy where tradition gives 4-5 kids that will have 4-5 kids. I checked Russia a couple of days ago at 142.006.000. Today it's 142.003.500 and will drop to 141 in a couple of days.

+rawstarmusic I think like a 1.75 child policy would be best, we would benefit in the long-run from a smaller population but we need to make sure it isn't too sudden as that has economic consequences.
@rawstarmusic9 жыл бұрын
Satheo The one child policy seems harsh because so much is at stake, what if something happens? Kids can benefit from a sibling. It's the 4-5-6 families that grows the population fast over 2 generations.

+rawstarmusic good thing china just allowed a 2 child policy to pass. China is now allowed 2 children per couple.
@rawstarmusic9 жыл бұрын
fangthunderdragon Yes. With one child there is much that can go wrong and the parents can't get young again. 2 children in a family is more humane. Ideologic thinking never works well, they needed help from reality to eventually figure it out. So the leaders are the last to realize.
