This, there is plenty of options to explain this away but the author didn't which is a shame as this is the only big and annoying flaw in this interstellar romance.

The same way the aliens came and Jeff took her to the "secondary command center", and then the story rewound a bit, the aliens came again, and Jeff took her to the shielded, abandoned section of the base: bad AI writing. Repeated retelling is a characteristic of the AI used by this story mill.

Please edit for consistency. When does iltge moon have an atmosphere? 2) Why ate there two somewhat different beginnings to the story? 3) why were the Viridians looking for Mira as a criminal and spaceship thief and then, at end hugging her warmly? Fix these and you will have a great story.

Wait. Wouldn't you be EXTREMELY suspicious of Mira once discovering that she LIED about the circumstances of her arrival? She could be a terrorist to her own kind for all you know. You're literally risking inter-galactic war by harboring this UNKNOWN woman at this point. I can understand Jeff being blind to all this since he's more interested in getting into her pants at the moment, but the rest of the command should be taking this a lot more seriously and with a more critical eye.

I have enjoyed several of your stories but this one makes no sense. It is like you restart the story in the MIDDLE of the story. Big thumbs down on this one.
