On number 4, it would be better if you could select the Year, month and day separately. Current problem is that you can't select the date without scrolling backward month by month.

Hi! I think there's a mistake with the constraint for the second method: constraint is less than 200, but you ask them to input 999 if they don't want to answer. Your current constraint wouldn't allow for a 999 value, no?

Yes, very good point. I'm going to trial a way to do this without adding too much complication to the interviewer, and will make a follow up video. What would your suggestion be for how to add this flow of questions to a survey? For example, ideally how would you want the user experience to be for this question?

Thanks for your question! Yes, this is a common question. You can create something like a grid table for select questions. But you can't create a table with text or number input. What kind of a table were you trying to create?
