@@MegaMat666 Will created the virus Koba was the one that caused the spread. He knocked the hose loose and Franklins mask off cause him to breath in ALZ 113. Making him patient zero. He is the one who coughs in Douglas Hunsikers face who was a pilot. He then go to the airport and from there the virus spreads to every part of the globe. Had Koba not knocked the hose and mask off the virus would not have spread as rapidly. Franklin literally passed it on to the worst person possible. Koba was the first test subject of ALZ 113 meaning the virus started with him.

This cant be a prequel if we are following along with the present time of the order of events. No no no we can’t completely blame the 113 on Will…. It was still in the works when Jacobs money hungry ass took it over & kept running with it because Franklin got sick (he should’ve told Will right then) but he didn’t so Will wanted to wait until he found out what it did to humans which he never got to do because he quit…. And also it was the neighbor who actually got it and started spreading it because after he caught Franklin at Will’s house Franklin sneezed in his face(that was the neighbor at the end of the movie who’s nose was bleeding when he boarded the plane)

Well, one of the reasons we are so smart was because we developed sounds and languages to communicate, it's the most efficient form of communication ever made. I think it's made clear that the virus did indead dumb down humans. To what level? It's unknown. Did it dumb down humans to the mental capacity of a 3 years old? A chimp before evolution? A zebra? Who knows

Someone did an analysis of the virus. It was really interesting. They thought that the virus was designed to make connections between brain cells. Thus counteracting the effects of Alzheimers. This cured Will's father and made Ceasar smart. The ape immune system is different from Humans, the human immune system fought the virus and overcame it, while the apes just lived with it in their system. When Will made the virus stronger it overwhelmed the human immune systems and gave them the disease. But for those it didn't kill, the part of the virus that made connections between the brain cells just kept doing that. So the person who made this video thought that what was happening is that in a nonAlzheimer brain the person was getting too many connections and thoughts where erratic and just going all over the place. This made it harder to think, learn, teach, etc. Just any mental activity became harder to do. It wasn't that they couldn't speak it was that they couldn't do the brain gymnastics to learn to speak or to assemble their thoughts into words.

It's a neurodegenerative disease, which most likely spread from parent to child. 300 years isn't nearly enough time for evolution to occur, especially in a large species like homosapien. But if a disease is what causing it (it is, the ALZ-113) then it's kind of like the walking dead where everyone is already Infected. Besides the bunker humans of course, who were practically in quarantine the last 300 years. But the disease causes brain dysfunction and muteness, which would also effect children, like it did Nova.

This is very interesting that the movie places the idea that humans ability to communicate is what allows us to, do the great things like make civilization. Im actually writing a science fiction movie where humans from an alternative reality who live in an atmosphere that doesn't allow sound waves to propagate develops a writing system based on mathematics and information theory alowing them to "speak" to each other by showing each other wax boards like those wax tablets invented during ancient Greece, thus allowing these humans to develop and industrialize like we did in our world and their civilization thus becomes entirely based on numbers, computer technology and written language In the world that im building, it is now their modern age and everyone around the world now carries these I-Pad like devices on their side hip allowing these humans to quickly send each other these Japanese / Hebrew looking symbols to each other like Apple AirDrop which makes their communication possible... Anyhow, it would be interesting to see a sequel to Kingdom of Planet of the Apes where humankind rises again by developing a communication system like how I describe here, that would be pretty cool if the humans in Wes Ball's universe can figure it out

For those who never saw the first Planet of the Apes. In it we have spaceship arriving back from a mission. When they arrive they find the Planet be dominated by Apes. One of the Astronauts hooks up with Nova. Who by the way is the name of the woman who speaks in the New Planet of the Apes movie. I think its going to be the name scenario in this film. I dont know if you remember that there was a scene in the new version were they show a spaceship taking off right before the virus began. I think the same thing is going to happen in this version.

So far, I have loved how the recent "Planet of the Apes" films have gone all the way to homage the original films. However, I'm still intriged how the writers are going to manage the lost space shuttle and their version of the astronaut Taylor on the next film. The only thing I wished from "Kingdom" was that Proximus wasn't that much on screen and some drag in the middle of the film.
