human rights violation is the disallowance of the freedom of thought and movement to which all humans legally have a right. While individuals can violate these rights, the leadership or government of civilization most often belittles marginalized persons.

Is it a violation for an officer to demand you get out of the passenger seat when there has been no crime or threat committed? Is it okay to ask why? My granddaughter was afraid for her safety. I was on the phone with her when an irate officer after she asked why, jumped into the car on top of her and pepper s prayed her, pulled her out by her hair handcuffed her then body slammed her. He also searched her twice after asking if she had on a bra. This same officer signed the arrest ticket for obstruction and resisting which the other officer used whiteout and marked out the name and put his name. I called to report the officer to the captain. I was told my granddaughter didn't tell the whole truth. She did not have to because I heard the truth until the officer hung up the phone on me. They have added the charge of assault to the charges but that's not on the ticket they issued Please let me know if this is legal.

Jovi Galia, when he was still a high school student (16 years old), was interrogated without legal justice, was abused and harassed by 7 Brimob officers. Jovi Galia, when he was a class officially and filed a BAP at the Tebing Tinggi City Police Headquarters, but the legal process has not been completed as of this writing. The incident at the Republic of Indonesia DPR building on July 15 2015 was accompanied by TNI troops led by TNI Commander Gen. Khalahar BNPT (National Counterterrorist Agency) at that time Komjen.Pol.H.M.Tito Karnavian was arrested by TNI troops for being involved in crimes against humanity and human rights violations against Eddy Hartono and Dysa Tamara, Jovi Galia, Shasa Aprilia, Karina Amanda,. The targets are Eddy Hartono and his biological children who have defended the country. Revenge, envy, sentiment or other reasons are the background for these cruel and barbaric humans by implementing patterns of sound recordings and patterns of utterances. This is a form of psychological torture and physical abuse. Arbitrariness and arbitrariness give rise to figures of humans who are very arrogant with their stupidity and arrogance.
