Let’s say it’s world war 2 and the U.S decided to still fast track their military but did not participate because they knew aliens were going to attack. Instead of trying to waste time to unite a broken people just up your own military to a new level. The rest of the world at war would already be battle ready and innovative exponentially and used to war so in foresight it’d just be easier to not go to war while preparing for an even bigger war.

These would be vastly improved if someone would remove the repetitions. You can use software to find them, but an actual human *editor* needs to deal with them. The AI clearly isn't up to the task (heck, the AI presumably put them there in the first place).

Arrogance and ignorance. Humanity stays out of the fight to save their strength so they can face the next enemy alone without any aid because their Council allies were destroyed while they sat back preserving their strength. Sounds like a bunch of complete idiots running things.

There's a reason why there's a thing called "need to know". Sgt Majors know this and keep the troops in line. When you need to know, you'll be told, not a minute more. And for God's sake, hire an editor or at least a proof reader. Too much repetition.

Ok, it's looping to get it as long as it is, that being said I'll have to make a few comments on the story itself. Humanity is refusing to join the fight against an enemy of their alliance because they believe they need to save their strength to face another enemy that's behind the current enemy, which is much worse and stronger. Apparently, humanity has a bunch of complete idiots in charge. It's very early on the war, but the "Galactic Council" forces are being crushed, and they are losing systems pretty much daily to the enemy. So if humanity steps in, they will lose some ships and be somewhat weakened, but most of those systems will be saved, and the Council fleets will not all be destroyed. So stay out of tge fight to maintain their full strength and faxe both enemy forces alone, the first being somewhat weakened, or join the fight as soon as possible, defeat the first enemy, have the extra resources and Council fleets to aid against the second enemy who won't have the aid of the first enemy. Like I said, humanity has complete idiots in charge in this story.
