Nah dude, toys will never reveal themselves to humans in Toy Story. Its break everything about Toy Story. If that were the case Buzz would believe himself to be an astronaut to the point where he’d reveal his talking Toy self to Andy. That never happened.

Nice Idea. But the problem would be if the Spork and the toys revealed themselves to adults. Bonnie is just a very young child---no one is going to listen to her if she says her toys are alive. You mentioned the adults "going over to the toy chest". not really likely. think about it. In the movie Alice in Wonderland, Alice is surprised when flowers talk to her. But if a flower ever really talked to a man, that man would feel only terror. Picture it: you watch as a lifeless, inanimate object----a fork, a doll, a stuffed animal, gets up, walks over to you, looks at you with living eyes, and talks. What to you think your reaction would be? Scream and run? Die of a massive cardiac episode? Lash out to defend yourself from this monster that has suddenly appeared before you? Make no mistake, humans are hard wired to deal with threats quickly and violently. Forkie would be crushed, incinerated or otherwise destroyed utterly, while the adults in the house questioned their sanity and examined the rest of the toys with all the intensity of a man looking for a venomous snake in his bedroom. Any toy found to exhibit any "aliveness" would be destroyed right down to its last thread. they might face destruction anyway, as the frantic parents lashed out to defend themselves and their child. It seems really unlikely that the toys would be "outed" to the humans in general. It would lead to them all being destroyed. And the few that were left would be sealed up in labs being dissected and experimented on.
