My Mama died in the hospital without family around. Not from covid, but one of the nurses sat with her and stroked her hair and held her hand while she passed.... that birthday party for that boy was really sweet.... Thank you nurses. Nurse Pride Worldwide

Rescuing bees from drowning in my pool (like 7:40) is a daily ritual I’ve enjoyed for years. But last night around 2 am I had to chase 2 LARGE raccoons all over the pool screaming for help so loudly it woke my neighbor up (and he lives a distance away) who helped me rescue the adventurous fur ball pair!!! 🤓 And what did we get for getting soaked wet and bruised butts (and an egg size bump on the back of my head) from slipping and falling on wet marble??? More of their friends with creepy shiny eyes...screaming and waving angry fists at us!!! 😁 Oh, and a precautionary rabies shot in my unbruised left arm...that evened out the blue bruise on my right arm. 😔

They don't need to be the redundant media. In the 21st century, there are all kinds of videos out there showing all this kind of stuff, so there's no sense at all in the news channels spending time and money on something that people can very easily access all the time on the Internet.
@colinremmer24173 жыл бұрын
@@jb6712 Putting stuff like this in the news would help lift peoples spirits & relmind them that it's not all bad out theer. Many poeple are negatively affected by what they see on the media & this has a knock on effcet in their lives. If you believe some of the media, behind every tree or bush is some pervert just waiting to snatch children - is that true? If you believe some of the media, Muslims are portrayed as either terrorists or potential terrorists - is that true? The media are very good at manipulating your thoughts, your emotions & feelings by portraying a one sided (the side hat they want to show) view of things. When was the last time you saw something good on the news? A feel good story. Why should people have to search for the good stories around them when the media (which is in the vast majority of homes around the world) could simply show something that could help people to feel better or give them a laugh or some hope. At the start of the covid crisis, the way it was being reported was creating parania amongst listeners resulting in people refusing to let their family members (who had been out working) go near their own kids, etc. A bit of news in a lighter note would have helped reduce the fear being spread by the media's reportings
