Humboldt State University: The Forest in Our Backyard

Thank you so much for making this beautiful video! I loved living right next to the forest during my time at Redwood Hall. I came from a time when Los Angeles was extremely smoggy and very drought stricken. There’s nothing like going to University where it’s beautiful, green, doesn’t get hot and has wonderful friendly people. I wish that I could go back and experience it all again, but I’ve got my wonderful memories and I can always go back and visit. I always loved going to Samoa Cookhouse on the weekends. I hope that it’s still there and that it survives the current pandemic. I am so sorry for all of you that had to leave campus. Thank you so much, Mitchell Barnow
