I like how Jupiter came together with Uranus in Libra at the height of the Hippy era in 1968-69. Peace, love, harmony, and understanding suddenly exploded. I searched all the way to 2500 AD, and it doesn't happen again in Libra. Historically, it skipped from 712 AD to 1471 AD, So I suppose it's going to skip again from 1969 to 2728 AD. What the world needs now is love, sweet love...❤

These kinds of conversations are very important, especially with the state of the world today. I apologize in advance, because this may be a little long winded... (Guess my Mercury placement?? Anyone??) The incident that you mentioned is terribly sad and horrifically tragic, and I think I can understand your concern. However, I think we have to be very careful about the kinds of things that we hold content creators responsible for. Obviously, I do not speak for Adam or anyone else at the Nightlight Astrology team. These are my opinions and perspectives only. I think Adam shares his spiritual practices for the sake of transparency and authenticity, which I can really appreciate. I think any of us would be hard pressed to find a more transparent and authentic organization on this platform or any other for that matter. I also think he share those practices because that is what comes first to him. Spiritual conditioning first, Intellectual Astrological information second. It seems to me that he has been called to share a message first and foremost. The astrology is just the vehicle through which he gets to share that message with the rest of the world. Perhaps, if he had fallen in love with body building or martial arts instead of astrology, these videos would be totally different in context, but the message would remain. As someone who has answered a call to deliver a message, it is his job to bring that message to the people, but that's where his responsibility stops, in my opinion. It is up to us as individuals to determine what we do with that message once it has been received. I think we are really making a big mistake when we choose to dilute or trim away from the substance of our message out of fear of what it may mean to someone else or how someone else may receive or interpret that message. Let's say you're walking down a city street, and you pass by someone who is clearly down on their luck. Maybe you feel compelled to reach into your pocket and give that person a $50. Wouldn't you call that acting on a calling to help someone who is in need? Wouldn't you call that doing a good thing? But what if that person chooses to go buy alcohol or drugs with that money instead of something more sustainable? Does that make your good deed any less good? Does it make your intention any less pure? Does it make you responsible for the fact that the person is now either drunk or high? Just some things to think about.... Also, I think it's incredibly important that we pay attention to things that trigger strong emotional responses within us. Regardless of what the emotion is, no matter if it is deeply uncomfortable and creepy like you described, or if the feeling is one of joy and delight, those incredibly strong emotional responses are designed to get our attention. It is a call to investigate further. We need to ask ourselves why... why is this making me feel so uncomfortable? Why is this making me feel so overjoyed? There are deeply profound insights that can be derived from this kind of self-exploration. Speaking as someone who studied astrology from an intellectual perspective for several years, I can tell you that my practice completely and totally shifted for the better when I adopted my own spiritual practice and shifted my focus from LEARNING astrology towards PRACTICING spiritual principles through the lens of astrology. For me, the spiritual aspect has to come first, the astrology second, otherwise I found my readings to be flat and not very beneficial to anyone. The last thing I'll say is this.... How often do you think we call ourselves responding from a place of intuition, when in reality we are reacting to our fears that we have mislabeled as "intuition". I am not saying that anything you've said or expressed is "wrong", just that these are things to think about. I've found that fear and intuition often feel remarkably similar unless I've taken the time to really investigate the reasons why I'm feeling those "red flags" and internal alarms. Again, just food for thought... Take it or leave it! 😊

In 2010 ( Jupiter Uranus conjunction in Aries) South Africa hosted the soccer World Cup. It was a time of optimism, jubilance, progress, unity, hope for the future. I was born with Jupiter and Uranus exactly embracing in the sky albeit in Cancer in my 8th house but also in exact trine to a sun stelluim in Scorpio in the 12th, so getting a read on all these archetypal messages has been more than a little elusive all my life. The movie you mentioned on the Enigma device is called The Imitation Game and is the story of Alan Turing, the mathematician who helped break the encoding of the Enigma machine. I would say that the Jupiter Uranus conjunction has even more to say thru his story as he was at the same time a hero for his work during the war and then was reviled and punished because of his sexual orientation…..horribly so. It is a real Promethean tale and for me, Jupiter Uranus together is the quintessential Promethean impulse sent into our collective…. And Adam, as you referenced the Two Towers, you’ll recall the other Promethean moment: when the big Orc runs with his torch blazing into the dark tunnel to ignite the bomb that creates the breach in the impenetrable wall…VERY Uranian moment, that!!!! I would happily watch a multipart exploration of a particular aspect or transit every week, and maybe the Monday and Friday videos are the one-offs. My favorite astrologer has a conjunction of these two planets, and she has said that it has corresponded with big accidents in her life. In May 1941 the first truly successful jet aircraft, the Gloster Whittle, flew. Although the Germans first flew the Heinkel 178(?) in 1939, they went down the Axial Flow compressor route and battled design, metallurgy and manufacturing problems and never really had a reliable engine. The Brits went with centrifugal flow compressor, a scaling up of supercharger technology from piston aircraft engines, that they knew how to build. For roughly 10 years the successful jet engines had centrifugal compressors. In the late '50 and early '60's the axial flow turbojet designs took over, once the bugs were sorted out. Thought that was a pretty Taurean conjunction, using old tech and manufacturing to make a huge step forward. Probably lots of other examples out there,

Also Pluto will be staying in Aquarius until September & starting...oddly & coincidentally enough...during the start of Aquarius season January 20th. History is complicated because human nature is complex. I hope the Ur/Jup conj broadens and brings our values down to earth into some form of practical alignment. I’ve grown out of the rutterless, over simplified notions of the West’s “impractical collectivist strategies” if I can even call them that. Kumbaya is a practice, not a plan. May the groundedness of these Taurus energies make haste not waste. When Uranus hits mutable Gemini, mental health (or the lack of it) will really make itself known on a massive scale and the line is going to be obvious, if it isn’t showing itself already.

Thanks for the heads up! It seems that these conjunctions are usually happening in April. I was born during a Jupiter Uranus conjunction in April 1969, although Jupiter was in Virgo 29 degrees and Uranus in Libra (Venus sign) 1 degree (so not the same sign but within 3 orbs) in my 2nd house (Taurus house). Wondering what you think about the similarity but yet different? I happen to have other conjunctions with this too (Pluto Virgo 23 degrees, South Node (True node) Libra 0 degrees. So stellium between 1st and 2nd house, but the most conjunct is Jupiter, south node, and Uranus. Thanks for pointing this pattern out.

Also: the Sun and Saturn were conjunct at 17 ♉️, Mercury and Lilith both 19 ♉️ Venus 21'55 ♉️. It was impossibile for him not to have a super amazing breakthrough! 🎉🎉🎉

The last Uranus Jupiter conjunction just about destroyed me. They were at 0° Aries 8th house. It was one of the most traumatic times of my life. One thing I notice between this conjunction and the last in Aries: Both times Neptune was/will be at 28° Pluto was at early degrees of Capricorn 4° Pluto will be early degrees with this up coming one in Aquarius 2°

One of my favorite astrologers has been going off about this as well. She has it in a 0° orb and she said it has corresponded with nothing but big traumas and big accidents throughout her life. This conjunction will be a few degrees away from Natal North Node in my 12th house. The 22degree point semi-sextiles my ASC, trines my Venus in 8th, loose square to MC, and opposes my Saturn in 6th.
