Hello! Thank you for your comment. I'm not currently able to record a video, I will try in the future. One thing you can do with a patient in a cast is perform the lateral PA and rotate the body to get an AP. For the Lateral view have the patient put their hand on their stomach and face the IR when standing. This gives you a pretty good lateral view with the cast on. I hope that helps.

They marker labels the anatomy on the image as right or left. It also has the technologist’s initials on it so the Radiologist knows who took the image.
