Great video but I wouldn’t call a converted Epson a “large format printer”. Epson and Roland don’t make a “real” large format DTF printer. Only Mimaki does. You wouldn’t have any of these issues with the Mimaki. But good to see people trying, but calling it “DTF” is a little misleading because that product feels and acts totally different from a real DTF product. But we all gotta start somewhere so 💪🏿

Ok What would you call a converted Epson printer That prints on 24 inch dtf flim sense this is misleading. I have a better misleading question for you sir Sense, you do not post your printer for competitor reasons. You made it seem like your printer is better than Merch studio you know your old video, But you don't show your four headed Printer For competitor really lol ok 4 heads or 2 heads Audley printer's print nice buttt the resolution is no match for this misleading large format printer Pretty sure you know about specs You seem smart, your printhead specs an mainboard only put out 720 dpi this is no match with my Misleading large format printer one printhead TFP I have a head upgrade by the way 1440X1440 or 2880x1440 or 1440x720 your printer can't Compete with this but you have fast print speed but 720 dpi come on bro don't come for me I'm smarter than I look. Maybe you Upgrade it to the newer i3200 TFP printhead an mainboard

@@fomdtf I'll attempt to answer in the order in which you responded. 1st answer: I would call it exactly what it is. A "converted, non supported, Epson printer, that you have printing on DTF film". And the reason why you spoke so much about the humidity and level of difficulty is because ITS NOT A DTF PRINTER! So you're asking it to do something it wasn't designed to do. Also, you're manually applying the powder. At the very least if you're going to make these types of videos, add a shaker and make it look legit. 2nd answer our printers were shown, we have videos of our old warehouse before we blew up and companies like Ninja transfers learned from us and expanded their operation ten fold. We decided to keep what we used inhouse. More recently Flash Custom Transfers teamed up with Mimaki. Which unlike that converted printer or a cheap Chinese printer was fully designed for DTF printing from the already proven platform of their other UV printers. In regards to DPI and speed, heres some advice. 1. 4 heads are over rated and you will be down a lot more vs a 2 head. 2, the resolution on the Mimaki, mongoose, or Audley 2 head or 1 all print high resolution but no one prints above 720 cause 1 the customer can't tell the difference (especially if it's a vectored image) and 2 it slows down the process. But again, we print volume here in Houston. Our experience is different. But to put up a "pay wall" and charge people to literally get into a headache with a converted printer is wrong. We have been doing this at the highest level for a very long time. If you want to influence people into converting a non DTF printer into one cool, do you. But don't charge them. That's not right and I'll keep using my large platform to call it out. You see how much info we give out! Free99!!! Started from the bottom. These people struggling. Help them and you will receive 10 fold. ✌🏿
