1)At least 10 min in Sunlight 🌞 2) Morning Walk (without music /auidobbok) 3) Breakfast at fix time and fix quantity within 2 hours after waking up . 4) Avoid Coffeee for 2 hrs in the morning 5) Deep Sleep 6) Gradual Alarm ⏰️ Thanks sir ! Hum Jeetenge .

1 minimum 10 min. morning sunlight 🌻🌻 2 fix your sleep time and take good sleep 3 for activeness in less sleep.. workout and water (away from tea coffee) 4 take cold shower less than 21° c 5 soft music and soft sound for alarm ( gradual alarm app) 6 morning walk min. 15- 20 min. without music or talk just breath and focus on yourself 7. have breakfast under 2 hrs after waking up 8. meditate daily for min. 13 min ( 4am ☺️) Thank you

Sir maine kuch routine banaya hai 1. Eat seasonal fruits of 3-4 type in your breakfast. Breakfast time 8am to 9am. 2. Have sunlight for 15 minutes daily irrespective of the time. 3. Eat salads before 30 minutes from lunch and dinner. Lunch time 12pm to 1pm and Dinner time 7pm to 8pm. 4. Avoid milk and milk products and non veg as well. 5. Eat simple foods consisting of vegetables, lentils, pulses, rice, chapati. Avoid ghee. 6. Brisk walk of 40 minutes. can also do 2 times in a day if time allow. 7. Eat between 8 am to 8 pm and observe fasting btw 8pm to 8 am. That means do not eat after 8 pm up until the next morning upto 8 am. 8. Avoid sugar and sugar products, avoid packaged food. 9. Try to sleep on time drink water if your sleep get disturbed. 10. Can have a cheat day in a week. That means you can eat whatever you want in one day of week. 11. Believe me, you will feel wonderful from inside and from outside in 2-3 months. These things I have decided are the must things which I must not avoid. Otherwise i aspire to be an Ironman. Thanks

Sir mera alarm aapki dwara bole jane wala sentence hi, Khud se jeetne walo ko mera salam, Hum jeetenge, himmat harkat hosiyari. And I wake on time with no snoozes. One more thing I do I sleep on time ,On someday If I am late then I delay my alarm by 30 min
