I watched a video of a different problem with a Hummer H2 on Rainman Rays Repairs KZbin channel. He was diagnosing a random key lock problem and tracked it down to the fuse block also. He said the H2s have a circuit board under the fuse panel that has a tendency to corrode and needs to be replaced sometimes. You might look into that.

Thanks for making the video! My 2003 is a crank, no start, next step for me is to check the fuses (18 and 47) and the relay, then, check the fuel pressure and see what it is, if it reads at all, I think it should be about 60 psi. Easy things first though, but the paperclip trick will be used on mine (thanks!). The fuel pump is a PITA to replace. I have an 02 Suburban that I've had to replace the fuel pump 4 times. Something worth mentioning... there's a ground from the fuel tank, near the frame behind the drivers wheel that looked great, but I took it off and cleaned it, and it solved my fuel problem. Maybe the same on the Hummer, I don't know. Finally, on the Suburban, I cut an access hold in the floorboard... dropping the tank is no fun. Seems like I saw a wiring diagram where the Hummer headlights are on two separate fuses. Mine is on a video on my channel. Good luck with your Hummer, these things are fun to drive, and very comfy!

At two decades we figured it was the solder was cracked and just replaced them. But you could be correct in 20-years of corrosion on some exposed connections.

Can you please show the fuel pump ground wire location.I have a 05 H2 only drove it 5k in 2 years an now my shit wont start.i want to keep it but if i keep having crazy issues i will have ot crushed
