Thank you 🙏 very much my dear. The video comes at the right time. I have so many records and three players in use. The latter two more or less. The topic of record cleaning...hmm.. that's exactly what I've been pushing off all these years. The different cleaning systems were either far too complicated or simply far too expensive. But you're constantly confronted with it. I think I'll go for it with the Hummingbird. It has to be ultrasound. I first had the Degritter in mind. But that's over three thousand on my currency. The box may be worth it, but is it worth it to me? Torn back and forth. Thanks again for your video and for your work behind it. I really appreciate it. A new subscriber for this little channel. Take care. Servus from Bavaria.

Thank you. Stay tuned I'll have some more videos in the near future. I had the same struggles as you. I don't mind spending money but the degritter simply didn't seem to offer me the ROI I was looking for. The humminguru works great as long as people don't expect it to magically restore vinyl from a terrible state.

I just picked up my Humminguru off Amazon 3 days ago. I will still use my Spin Clean for the initial cleaning and then the Humminguru for the final clean. I've already cleaned my Beatles LPs and half way through Pink Floyd. I check the tank and filters on the Humminguru and it definitely is deep cleaning the LPs since I'm seeing a bit of small debris left behind. I think it's a bit overpriced. I have about 800 more LPs to clean and it does make the final step in my cleaning easier. Good review.

I've been using mine and it works great. Of course, I've always taken good care of my records so none have fingerprints or other grease and grime. But normal surface grit from dust, old paper sleeves and similar contaminants are effectively cleaned resulting in significantly quieter surface. I use it on all records old and new. Of note, I ordered mine when it was originally a web funded project and got an early production model direct from Hong Kong.

Great information for all of us fanatics 😊. I have a different model of ultrasonic but it's good to hear you're having success. Happiness is clean rekkids 😊. Happy listening 🎶. Great job 👍. Greg

@@digitaldecibel the Mark ll degritter. So far it's been a great addition to my cleaning routine.

@@3dimensionsofmusic3D Definitely a nice machine. I did consider going for the degritter myself but ultimately couldn't justify it as I have too many hobbies. Time and money get spread thin :)

I'm glad it was helpful. You see so many reviews and I always think its better to see regular people who are using it over a long period of time.

Neon on Files correct I’m paying 3070 all over the board for LP. I have a lot of them and I have to take care of them. I gave this part this ultra cleaner hundred LP test over a weekend bought it on. Amazon was totally not thrilled with not recommended one takes forever to get the record dry, and I am presently have one that I take it out of the machine. It’s washed and dried all one step five minutes. Total will do all my LPs my thin my 180 my 200 g this will not cut but 70% of what I had and I have to change the wheels in the bottom, which is will I have to use the same amount of water, which goes through the filters for 100 for 200 bucks you can get an ultrasonic I have one several people have that works $200. Only thing is you have to figure a dryer and I have a record VAC that I put the record in after I washed it dries it within 30 seconds and I’m playing done Pristine and I can do six at a time I recommend for not one at a time takes forever. I’ve got five 600 records here some people have but it’s very important to keep your records clean especially what they cost now this one’s a joke I could afford three I can afford $2000 one the economical way under $200 and I got a unit that works it guaranteed for 10 years made in the United States not foreign country, but do you do well your money your pocketbook would order on Amazon give it a good weeks at least you can clean all your records and see if you wanna buy it if you don’t you can send it back and that’s exactly what I did. no questions ask I lived with it, good luck and remember it’s a social thing and it’s not that it’s

Bought one of these and it stopped working after cleaning 16 vinyl records. Lucky for me, it was still inside the warranty window, and returned it for a refund. Perhaps I got a bad one, but for a $499 machine, I'd rather go back to my spin cleaner.
