If you move it further back that will give you better leverage to lift it up easier or if you want to get crazy put heavy side upside and all the weight will be on top and will take weight off to lift. Just a idea!

I am 71 and just found out this year that I can have water,guess the people that takes the blood found out it is easier for the body to be hydrated. During this heat take you a gallon of water and keep yourself hydrated.

Get a lil cool box kev for the truck and keep a wet towel in it and when you are in and out of the truck put it on the back of your neck will cool you down instantly .take care

Please do not take this as a criticism of you at all, just a concerning thought for your health. i can see it coming a mile of that you are going to hurt yourself in the near future if you carry on as you are. You need to think how you can do things differently. The way you lift those heavy items, the way you load is chaotic at best. Things like stowing your cart somewhere so you dont have to keep moving it every 5 minutes. There are items you can get that will raise the heavy items off the floor so you can just push them over the edge. You could employ a local lad to help you out for a couple of hours with a little planning. You gotta look after yourself my man. Take care. Love your show.
