I heard about this. TI went to Face during the beef with Tip because because Flip didn’t sign to Def Jam South, that would’ve been a great look for Face because all Face had was Luda (if I remember correctly) Face deadass said “I never seen Lil Flip before in the hood, I know C Note and D Red off Botany” meanwhile C Note was dissing Face on a song with Flip before all that happened and didn’t even know it..

@@quadjaysport Yeah Flip didn't know he was in a song dissing Scarface. C-Note just dissed him in the song and it was 1 of the 1st songs they did with Flip. C-Note did it but didn't tell no 1 he was going in. Then 20+ years later he said it was a diss even the fans didn't pick it up. The song was called "Diamonds in yo Face" get it "Face." But it was kind of subtle people thought he was talking about shining diamonds in someone's face. If he would have said Scarface it would have been cleared. I think Not even Scarface picked up on it. Then Flip said Scarface was the King 👑 of the South several times. So he didn't even know it was a diss song towards Face and had a meeting with Scarface to get signed in Def Jam South both not knowing there was a diss between them.
