Thank you for this amazing video. My M 1123 driver side headlight just stopped working. For the life of me I cannot figure it out. It’s a brand new LED light. I installed a supplemental grounding harness harness and it still didn’t work so I’m definitely gonna try an additional grounding wire like you showed on your video.

I hav a question on the light to turn the lights on the unlock lever doesn't do anything i guess what i am saying you can just turn the light lever would the hurt anything the lights come on

With the winch you'll need the frame extension rails unless you opt for the milemarker hydraulic winch. I've had both the Warn and Milemarker winches and I prefer the Warn. Also I'm not sure if you did this already - but for your grounds on all of your electrical parts - make sure that your grounds are terminated at the factory grounding points. Because the HMMWV/H1 frame is bolted together and not welded - it can cause bad corrosion if you don't have it grounded properly.

All grounds are factory locations or hard wired to the battery post.

7'3" wide 7" tall with rack and 15"long. Sorry man kept forgetting to measure this while I was out there.

Awesome build... I've been binge watching. How much clearance did you end up having between your radiator stack and the inside of your hood? Was there enough room to run electric fans?

Thanks! There is enough clearance for electric fans. I will be installing a couple myself when I get the AC set up the way I want.

What was the snorkel you used? I see it’s a short one but looks to be a one piece.

It is a stock snorkel. When I redid it, I made it into a one piece and sealed it up around it.
