Great looking truck! I'm considering the Plan B hard top as well. Would you buy it again? How did you insulate the top?

Yeah I would buy it again. Easy install. Only thing I would change on it is how wide the contact plate is at the top of the doors. I used a foam insulation sheet that I stuck on with heavy duty adhesive spray. I have a video on it too. It does great. It isn't a weighted foam insulation though so doesn't help as much for sound deadening as some other types might.

Sadly I can't remember. I bought them right after buying the humvee. They were refurbished xdoors.

The outside seals on the doors came on the doors when I got them but the window seals I bought from Moore Parts Source. There are a few brands though if you want to just search online for universal automotive window seals, sweeps, or felts.

Where did you get the tail gate latch straps?

They are the original chains and hook. Just cleaned up, painted, and recovered them with an anti-abrasive nylon tube and heatshrink the ends.

I just ordered it on Amazon. You should be able to search braided sleeve and a bunch of different types should come up.

Engineers who made this humvee were foolish. No door jams no proper seats not enough space no proper dashboard, offcourse it is military but basics things they too need
