Petition to gather and make our own League, the GigaChad League, without any of the following: - bans from using chat(iregardless of content) - K'Sante, Lilia, Skarner(post-rework, pre-rework he's fine), Windshitters (or at least nerf them really hard, as they should be), Yuumi(or make her into an actual champion). - Durability patch - Damage from tanks decreased to almost 0 compared to other roles, having more or less the same early game damage as of now, however damage scaling will be drastically decreased. This is just a given, as tanks in league are not tanks, they are tanks, bruisers, assasins and adcs combined into a single(UGLY) role. - LoserQ(it's real, those studies are hella biased) - Splits, making the rank experiece a pain and more luck based, compared to the old 1 year 1 ranking system way. This will make the players play less of course, which is a bad thing for the company, but only in the short term. More and more casual (and sometimes hardcore) players are quitting since they do not have 10 hours a day to reach their rank in a 3 month split. In the long term, the company benefits. - Iron, Emerald, Grandmaster. These tiers are just a trick for riot to make you play more games and to make you feel like you're better than your old rank was. - bounty system. You got a lead, you deserved it, you shouldn't get punished for playing better. Read next on comments below...

Additions to the GigaChad and 100x Improved League: - voice chat with no banning/repercusions (you can mute it if you like) - addition back into the champion select of player names - ranked aram for the aram enjoyers(not me personally). It doesn't take any more money(or INSANELY low ammount compared to other costs), as riot would like to make you believe, to keep this addition. (Relatively) low queue times will be achieved by removing certain ranks from the rank pool as there are way less aram enjoyers than classic league enjoyers. - permanent game modes. Keep it in the game, if players don't enjoy them, then they will have high queue times, but at least the option to play them. - Addition back into the game for the 5 tier ranks(debatable, leaving it up to the players if to add it back or not. personally I like it). - Change it or Not in-client voting. Basically, before any changes are made to Live, you have an option to vote over them(not voting would mean you agree with them going through). The options will be: 1. Agree, 2. Needs some adjustements(you would be able to change the numbers and submit your personal numbers), 3. Disagree(which means it won't go through). This way you leave it up to the community to "make" the game, instead of 5 people in a room. Of course, this won't be a solely deciding factor, as this may make annoying champions(ex: Teemo) to get nerfed to the ground, which isn't a good thing. To counteract this, we make a 3 member system. The first member is the community, the second is a statistical model based on champion winrate, how many people play that champ, etc... and the 3rd is the GigaChad company. Solely the first and second vote, and 3rd acts as a decision maker in case of a tie(pretty improbable but can sometimes happen). The first member isn't a solely one winner system, but rather all 3 votes(agree, change, disagree) would get weighed against their number of votes and all will take into consideration in the voting period(so in reality it is a 5 member voting system). This obviously will need more thought, but I strongly believe even this simple system is LEAGUES(pun intended) above riot's system. Read next on comments below...

- Is trolling vote button - Can be used to completely remake the game at any point of the game. Needs 7/10 votes(4 for your team, 3 from the other team). Can be used against one of your team members if they are trolling. You willl lose 0lp(as well as your team), enemy team get % of original lp gain in case of win, based on their win probability. If win probability is negative(your team has higher % win probability, then they get 0 lp). The troll is going to get a 2x LP penalty(twice the lp he would lose). This needs changes in flex(and to duoq soloq'ers to avoid misuse). Overall this would be a HUGE improvement to the amount of trolls, boosted accounts or otherwise not being punished for a player not playing at their 100%. This isn't a perfect system and will need a lot of changes and improvements but again, a step in the right direction. - Excelent performance but still lost button - replaces the useless honor system. Mandatory button that makes you select at the end of a game, whether a single one of your team mates deserved to lose or not. Votes in total: 9(you can't vote for yourself). Votes needed: 7(at least 3 from your team mates). No LP loss if being voted. This again needs to be heavily tested, reviewed and balanced, but its a nice QoL and rank experience improvement if done properly. - play a champion in normal games (X amount) before you can play it in ranked- ensures no one first times their champion. - creation of elo development division - High Elo Developers and Low Elo Developers. Riot is known for having low elo employees(most aren't even Masters, in fact is there a single Masters employee at riot???), who know nothing about the game. Instead, there will be a council of high elo players that argue over what changes should be made to the game, later to be added to the voting system. This should contain a proportional amount of players from each role(ex: 3 top mains, 3 jgl mains, 3 mid mains, 3 adc mains, 3 supp mains). They should be rotated with other high elo players after a certain time(the rotation of x out, rest stay, can be used: example Constitucional Tribunal of Spain, where there's 12 members, and 2 (or 4 can't remember) get swapped with other persons after an x amount of time, in a random way. In case of a pair number of persons in a role(ex 2, 4 or 6 in role x), there should be a voting for President of High Elo Developers, that has the strongest vote in case of a tie. The payment can be through skins, custom in-game content, etc... so that the budget is not affected(this should not be a very lengthy/hard "job" as the rotations should take place quite often to ensure the unbiased nature of the council and the stagnation of the game, as well as this only being an opinianated role, as opposed to a legislative and executive role(i.e. they only decide what should change about something, and it is up to the voting system if it goes through or not, and to the actual developers to implement). This job is, of course, optional and the rank should be Masters or above. To counteract the balance of the game around high elo, there should of course be low elo players involved as well. The same system takes place, independent of the high elo division. However, the high elo division holds more power above the low elo division, so if the high elo division doesn't agree on a proposition made by the low elo division, they can take a vote, where a 3/5 percentage or higher of votes disagreeing with the proposition means the proposition fails). This gives some power to the low elo players to make changes as they see fit for their elo, but not in an uncontrolled way(they can't nerf Briar to deal 0 damage simply because they hate playing against her). At the end of the day, these divisions only make propositions, the power lies in the "state, as a democracy, instead of a tiranny. Read next below...

Additional content changes: - tanks hp, armor, mr and cc(or the items that tank champions naturally gravitate to, stats) drastically increased to counteract the damage nerfs. - massive buff to cc boots, slight nerf to tabis - armor items now stack, but they also give a debuff for lower hp/resistances players, giving you a choice between who you want to kill: their tanks or their squishies(i'd assume adcs would gravitate more towards the tank option, while assasins towards the squishies and the bruisers with a mix of the 2). - assasin items will give a debuff toward tank killing but buff toward squishies, so an assasin building towards killing squishies having massive difficulty in killing a tank. Of course, eventually he should be killed by the assasin(due to the damage removals on tanks, but this may take 30 seconds or more-which isn't that far from what we have anyway, however this also gives the chace of the tank to choose whether to fight the assasin or not, as his high cc will mean he can just run even after taking a really long fight). - 70%(or another high % depending on the budget necessities to make the game profitable) of budget riot gives to skins, given over to programming(to fix bugs and increase QoL aside from other things) and GigaChad league improvement services(things such as playerbase research to find what players ACTUALLY want, not some arbitrary things like - WE LOVE TANKS SO WE SHOULD MAKE THEM BROKEN - which is a big part of riot actually does - which is actually akin to dictatorship instead of democracy. - 100% working client with no bugs(it's 2024, it's simple JS, HTML and CSS tied with relatively simple server-side logic, which I still don't understand how riot fucks up after so many years). - farmable skins, and the difficulty of acquiring a certain skin would be tied to things such as champion popularity, budget necessities, etc... If the budget doesn't allow it then make it incredibly hard for a player to aquire a skin(such as playing 2k games on that champion), but still have the option to aquire it. This will stil make most of the playerbase buy skins(maybe except for hardcore league player OTPs, which aren't many compared to the rest), while making a dedicated player's QoL WAY more rewarding. - Autofill changes. To counteract this, we will add the Champion Role Rank. Now, instead of a single rank for any role, your role is split into 6: Top, Jgl, Mid, Adc, Support, Fill. So this way, when you queue for a game with a certain role, you get into a game at your role level if you get autofilled(when autofilled, you have x chances to dodge, scaling based on your games played this season(you play a lot, you can dodge a lot). This would need to be adjusted with a complex(but doable) algorithm for LP gain/loss so it doesn't take 200 games to reach your rank on a singular role. Honestly, this Autofill change still needs a LOT of thought put into it to work/maybe even a different system, but eventually it will be done, unlike brainrot riot who ignores their playerbase. - Pinkwards now reverted to their perfect state where they detect any type of invisibility. Same with sweeper, showing the enemy champion. Buffs to the champions affected, based on necessity. - 3/5 ff'ing instead of 4/5 ff'ing. Democracy rules, not Riot Games(or GigaChad Games). - plate durability on top and mid, increased. Plate durability now scales inversely with the number of persons close to it(more people hitting it, you do less damage to it). This effect is removed from botlane(as it is a 2 man lane). Explanation for the change: League IS a team game, and so will be GigaChad League. However, your personal influence to the game is only 1/10(in reality a lot smaller, if we take everything into account) on average(of course a challenger in a silver game's influence will be way higher than that). You should be rewarded(and punished) more for your positive(or negative) influence to the game. Games should be more self centered(because you're LANING) in the early game and more team reliant in the later stages of the game. - A gank(from any other player in the enemy team that is not your laner), resulting in a kill will not only reduce your kill gold value slightly(so enemy/or jungler depending on who got the kill, may get 250 gold instead of 300) but the assist will increase in value (so for example the assist player gets 100 gold instead of 50). This will make your team's counterpart(ex: your jungler) be more active in "saving" or "matching" the enemy, since it will influence them more, and you, less. For botlaners, adc and supp role count as not being ganked, since it is a 2v2 lane after all(i.e. if there was no participation in the fight other than the adc and supp then the normal gold values apply). This applies in reverse after minute x(more people killing you = more gold for the one who killed). This buffs the selfcentered early game, and more team reliant as the game goes on. Junglers will of course, gank way less, which is not a good thing, this is not the thing that needs to change, but rather how much it affects the 1v1(or 2v2). To counteract this thing, we add "kills/assists" needed for a jungle item upgrade. This actively forces you to look for a gank. Jungle camps now also scale on the points they give to their jungle item as not to remain "upgradeless", since there isn't always a gank opportunity. These 2 changes need to be heavily tested, reviewed and changed in order to maintain a proper balance between gaking and farming. These are just off the top of my head, and some may not agree with me but this is where the Change It or Not in-client voting system comes in and does the decisions. I'm a programmer(albeit not a game programmer) and I'd love to work on this if some of you are interested. At the end of the day, I just want to play a fun game, not filled with bugs, trolls, that takes into account more your individualistic gameplay instead of 9 random people's.

This is more tailored towards Tyler1 and Tarzaned. Tyler 1's relationship with Riot games took a turn when he was banned from Riot games events for a full year. The Saudi Arabia event was the only event that didn't apply because he was invited by a very high official in the Royal Family. Tyler1 was also chat restricted for cyberbullying. Apparently, very recently, he was unbanned for it.

How does one actually get banned for "being toxic" ? What does it mean actually? Pinging for help/asking your team for wards counts as being "toxic"? What does the mute button is meant for then? Doesn't mute button is made to prevent toxicism ? Just use mute, let them be toxic between each other, just don't pay attention. I mean, who really is deciding whether they are toxic or not? I've seen multiple instances, where people get report abused for no reason, while the real toxic people are just roaming soloq like nothing. Lets be real, Dota 2 is way more advanced in terms of dealing with griefers/AFK's. Just change the fucking system already, and stop taking away LP from teams that have AFK's, just like in Dota 2(yes in Dota 2 if there is an afk player in game, everybody in game is free to leave without any LP/elo loss, of course, except the guy who left the game, OBVIOUSLY, gets punished by system). Like how hard is it to improve that, which has been an actual problem for many, many, many seasons ??? But in League of Legends by Riot games, we get "lp reduction" for an AFK, which still doesn't fix the problem. It's ridiculous, what do you mean by LP reduction, it doesn't fix shit. LP reduction my ass, we still get -12-15 LP for no fucking reason at all, even tho it isn't teams fault as a whole, that a person Disconnects/AFK's. Here's the thing, that's not all there is to it, because while the AFK player is in fountain, all other 4 players are left in a hostage lobby, where they are FORCED to play 4vs5, which is COMPLETE BULLSHIT. In what universe that could ever be a thing? It's literally torture.

This is some genuine dystopian 1984 shit from riot. Even just looking at broadcasting from a logical perspective, if the streamer is flaming a restarted teammate, as long as they aren't typing the flame, there is no flame according to riot games. The streamer is flaming a random on a livestream, that is what's happening, so where does riot come into the equation? If you're flaming someone on stream but not in-game then why does riot think they have any right to do anything? Riot would be issuing penalties for stuff that happens OUTSIDE their jurisdiction. I understand Riot can penalise pros for misconduct outside of the game, but streamers aren't pros - streamers aren't on riot's payroll. It would be like the Olympic comittee banning a local amateur shotput player after he goes home and tells his wife his coach is a dickhead. He's in his own home and he's not under any professional regulations, so the Olympic comittee can't do anything legally. They also wouldn't give a shit anyway.

Riot just want the game to be less toxic. If they condemn streamers being toxic, that will in turn make it less normalized in the community. I remember when i still played, noticing some random dude flame people in the chat and thinking that the guy is acting really similar to some streamer. Im guessing that's riots thought process with this and honestly if it does reduce toxicity, its a good thing. Who cares if it makes it so that tarzaned cant call random people on the internet pdfs anymore.

@bzbzbzbzbzbzbzbzbzbzbzz Voltaire once said, "I disagree with what you say, but I will fight for your right to day it," and I feel it proper to apply this philosophy here. You may not agree with what some streamers say or how they act, but as long as they aren't harming someone or putting them in danger, what right do we have to dictate their actions?

kinda dumb since you can still act out irl and riot cant do anything, making it a bannable offense on stream doesnt make sense. sure it could be for the games image but thats way too far imo every streamed game has toxic streamers.
