Dearest Garden Queen, why do you not put the soil from the pots into your garden? The dried sticks and leaves, that can be used as mulch in your garden as well. Love the enormous paper bags so ideal for helping in the clearing out of messy plants, provided they are all dry, then just throw it in. My soil has benefitted from recycled soils continuously. My son keeps saying, the Japanese have a few plants that they can manage to take care of, maybe we should consider their ways. I am inclined to also have too much!! Came to the conclusion too much extra work. Love the clay and cement pots, textures are so complimentary to the plants. Enjoy the tidying up be careful for butter fingers just have a blessed day. Oh I tried to carry a cement bullet shaped pot I nearly collapsed as I transplanted a established rose tree into it, so it was quite big and heavy I knew about every muscle in my body :) we never learn!!

I pay for Yard waste. Which is then composted and sold.. i have too much yard waste to compost on my small property!! I totally understand the concept behind composting! Thanks again and be careful moving heavy objects!

Freak out about what? Are you aware Garden Answer does not compost? For a very long time she threw her yard waste away in the blue trash can or she would burn it? Why are you trying to push this narrative?

For what it's a yard waste bin vs a Garbage Bin. A paid service that is then turned into compost and sold! The Yard waste in some areas require that you use their bin vs the yard waste bags.

I think we both have a difficult time throwing away or composting our potted summer plants. My boyfriend said to add a sunroom or greenhouse to solve my problem, I think that would multiply my problem.

I compost my summer plants! I throw away my summer plants with ease! I just stop watering them! The plants died to lack of water 💧 Some if these plants I've had for years friend! 💕

Queen, so sorry many plants were lost. I have many indoor & outdoor plants. My son helps to water the outdoor ones when I am too busy to get to them. Queen, please ask for help because taking care of many plants can be overwhelming sometimes, but we still love them!! 😊 They are all part of GOD's beautiful Creation.❤🙏
