It's illegal to use for fishing like taking a line in/out. Also its illegal to find game fish I believe.

I know some people will probably call me out on it but this school had been in the area for the last couple weeks. Once we found them on this trip I tried to catch some on a gulp (unsuccessfully). Then I flew my drone up and got the footage after we had already found them.

I’m sure people who have drones and found fish have taken advantage of it . Me personally I don’t think it’s a problem it’s technology if we have it use it right. Look at fish finders like the Garmin Livescope that there is genius and finding fish at the jetties or in a lake and then you can pick them off .

@@danjaskula9491 I'm not sure if you've heard of the Bite Me podcast but they had a topic on using drones recently and had some good points. I still probably won't use it to find fish. Just wanna use it for the cinematography. They brought up the fish finders as well. You basically have a clear view of what's underwater. It's crazy sometimes you can actually even tell what type of fish is on the graph.
