Hello from Hungary🇭🇺 this match for us was more than a rollercoaster! First, our striker Varga's collapse on the pitch... I was in shock in that 5 minutes, I immidiately thought of the Eriksen situation... After this the team out of nowhere started fighting like their life depends on, they fighted for Varga Barnabás! And that goal in the 100. Minute... I Will never ever forget this moment when everyone jumped in the pitch who could, and everyone holded Varga's kit up high after the match! Incredible TEAM!!!!proud to be a hungarian🇭🇺🇭🇺🇭🇺 this team spirit is why we can cause surprises to the big giants sometime! No big stars but incredible heart!!! Respect to the scots they also fighted till the end, really nice fans! Also huge respect to you for clapping when they took Varga off the pitch! Really kind moment🇭🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

As a hungarian I highly appreciate your sober take after the injury, how you set aside everything about football and the match and emphasized that the health of your rival's player is way more important. Good sportsmanship, and decent priorities. Kudos. As a side note, Varga is okay now, he needed an operation but he'll be fine (hopefully), few broken bones on his cheeks.

I like how you capture the high emotional stakes involved with this game and show class amidst the ultimate dissappointment at the far end of the game. Im German and this was so sad for me. I really hoped Scotland would make it to the round of 16 and continue spreading good vibes. That's what the Euros is about having a great time together with all people from every nation and celebrating for our teams. You have such great fans and I love your national anthem. After the Germany game I switched the channel to this game and I couldn't belive what was happening. I was actually kind of sad even Germany saved the first place in the group. I actually wanted to go to stuttgart only to see the Scottish fans and party with them because I live nearby stuttgart. We really enjoyed the time with the Scots during the Euros. That penalty shout should have gone to VAR... we've seen those given by the ref... not as bad as the disallowed Dutch goal against France... but more often than not that penno would have been given
