I got jealous of people taking vacations in the summer and was tricked into the crowded, burning bliss that is the summer vacation😂 Did you find the souvenirs pretty too or am I turning into one of those ladies that like tchotchkes (look at that spelling!)? Glad I got to try the chimney cakes. Let me know if you've had them before ☺

It looks like a nice city to visit (in Winter 🤣). Seeing people with their feet in water reminded me one year that I visited New York and it was so hot that me and my friend bathed in every fountains haha Never heard of chimney cakes, I'd like to eat them one day 😁😋

That's so cute. I completely understand. Open water sources and shade👍 The chimney cakes are fun. If you want to try and make them at home usually people do it with a rolling pin wrapped with foil...i think you could try with parchment too, but maybe if it's a wooden rolling pin to soak it in water a bit beforehand.
