Dog is food aggressive. Caretakers actions encourage this behavior by letting the dog take lead on when and how it eats. Both dogs should have their own feeding station and be trained not to eat from that staion until told to do so. This puts the CARETAKER IN CHARGE and not which ever dog is the strongest ultimately curbing aggressive behavior entirely
