When I was pregnant with my 3rd child, I decided to go to pre natal exercise classes, and to my horror they started with yoga, and then wanted us to sit cross legged chanting Omm… I couldn’t get out of there quick enough!! It’s frightening how fast this Hindu practice has moved across this nation…and everyone knows someone who does Yoga. I give glory to God for what has happened in your life and I'm happy that he has served you free. I've been looking for testimonies like this because last year October a demon manifested itself through me for 3 weeks and I wasn't conscious. Many people came to pray for me, even laid hands on me but nothing happened. Interested in people’s thoughts. I have a yoga instructor who is much more like a drill sergeant. She doesn’t believe in invoking spirits, chanting, levitating, the workout we do is more holding postures and strength and building up a sweat while not doing anything high intensity. It’s basically healed problems with my body I’ve had for a long time. There are people out there who white label it as ‘yoga’ as a catch all term for the workout, but I don’t see how you can do anything bad while doing stretches that are beneficial for your health…so I guess you can do ‘yoga’ with a guarded mind set. Science also demonstrates that releasing tension and performing stretches that help neck muscles are linked to the part of the brain that feels stress, and that’s why you tend to feel better after.

I can relate to Hannah. I had an abortion back in 2016 and sometimes I do feel like I haven't forgiven myself fully. So grateful for this enlightening information. A few months ago, I decided to try yoga in a attempt to lose weight. It did seem to help my energy level but, I started having fantasies about things that were immoral in nature. Also, started having problems. The enemy has worked overtime to try to convince people that God is out to get us, that He’s mad at us, He’s counting our mistakes, and He’s about to knock us down further. But that is not our God. Don’t let the wrong image of God keep you from coming to Him. The Scripture says, “The people who know their God will be strong and do exploits.” I believe one meaning of this is when you know the character of our God, when you know He’s for you, when you know He gladly welcomes you, when you know He sees you without fault, when you know He comes running when you make mistakes, then you’re going to be strong and you’re going to do great things. Dearest friend, From my experience and all due respect to your faith ,pray to God to give you strength to accept God's will wholeheartedly. Pray this many times a day and thank God for the good things in your life. Patients is the greatest test of faith. Then you will see God's miracles in your life. I am saying from my experience. God's plan is to take us to the eternal life, everything else is Secondary and momentary. Hold on to Jesus. I’m so sad and sorry she had to live her life with wrong entities all around her like that ... but she didn’t know any better because she was born into it... im glad that she was delivered and found the righteous God of Abraham Issac and Jacob who sent his son Jesus to save and deliver us from all this...all our sins.
