Hi love! Yes, you could use vegan chocolate pudding for the top layer (you're technically supposed to use pudding for this dessert anyway), and packaged vegan cream cheese that doesn't have coconut oil in it (might be hard to find though) mixed with sugar for the white layer. Or just make the cashew cream cheese how I did but omit the coconut. It'll be more runny, but's that's okay if presentation is not an issue. If you're not vegan you can also just use the non-veg versions of those things, too. 💕💕💕

I'm not vegan and I slowly become vegetarian ( I only eat meat, maybe 2 times a week when I'm forced to - but I got surgery on my stomach to loose weight and it change our taste so it's great because now I don't like meat - or wayyyyyy less than before and I can't eat some things that I could eat before ! ( and I eat some things that I didn't like before haha like a lot of vegetables ((the surgery changes our taste)) !) and when I'm too weak ( we eat less than 1000 calories a day, we can only eat 200ml each time we eat ( that's why we must eat 6 times a day with 3 hours of lag between our last meal (like breakfast - 3 hours later a snack - 3hours later meal - ..another snack...and so on ) BUT anyway, it's complicated to explain haha. BUUUT ! I try to make some recipes vegan - but I see a LOT of things that you do or other vegan recipes with coconut to replace something from an animal. So I just wanted to know if there's a solution to replace coconut by something else in a vegan way ! ( sorry for telling you my life !! and thank you so much !) 💞

I'll never understand why some people use forks for cakes and things like that, it's so awkward and impractical, forks are for piercing into something for holding it. Generations of people in my country tend to eat with small spoons, and knife only to cut a small piece for us on a small plate, from which we eat with spoon. It's just interesting for me to see.

Yes :) Chocolate itself is vegan since it comes from the cocoa bean which is a plant. It's just that dairy is added to it (for candy bars and such) that makes it not vegan. So I use chocolate sources with no dairy. Also, sweetness comes from sugar. 💕💕💕
