You can reverze diabetes with Bittermelon or sopropo. It stabilize the insuline. Look it up.

Mmmmm, sekerpare is my all time favorite! But.. i had to make sacrifes to eat it because i have a gluten and lacto intolerance. So i was searching for a recipe who i can make it GF and lacto free. With this video it was a succes. I replaced the butter to Ghee and the semolina to GF couscous and the flour a GF flour. My partner is Turkish and he said it was almost simular and very delicious. Very happy to discouver your channel🤩
