Sir suggest ko lang kung OK, do a feasibility study kung ito ba ay accessible sa lahat, spacious o may sapat na parking area, malapit sa highway, easy to locate, yung population of people go at that area you can do a spot check at yung history ng bahay. I know Sir you know it dahil businessman ka na po but syempre minsan po need din to think twice. Alam ko naman po pag nag put kayo ng negosyo maraming kayong matutulungan Kaya po ganun kami ka concern dahil napakabuti inyong tao at hangad namin na umunlad pa lahat ng negosyo na bubuksan nyo po with your family❤️

Basel, better for you to buy property in Baguio coz it will be more profitable, it is always full of tourists, tho property there is definitely more expensive. In Tagaytay, be wary of Taal volcano, every now and then it shows signs of eruption. Baguio is your best bet for business.

Yes Tagaytay with the Taal Volcano view is spectacular. But It's an active volcano. it erups anytime. Maybe consider somewhere in Alfonso closer to tagaytay but safer from eruptions.. There are many good reasons why properties are abandoned. The most common one is "nalugi ang negosyo". Here in the old west of the US there are a number of abandoned Ghost Towns. A number of people in the comments have suggested getting land that is strategically located with ample space for parking. I agree. Think big like the Ayala Corporation. Instead of just one hotel...think about creating a community for "mga tao". It's time to think big and be a Developer you were destined to be.
