We all want to find the best Thai street food in Bangkok and you will not get much better than this. This Thai girl is serving amazing authentic Thai food from her restaurant on Bangkok's other side, from Bangkok's local side. It is the best rad na (crispy noodles with gravy) that I have ever eaten. Street food in Bangkok is great, but this is unique, I have never seen this Thai dish served like this and because of that, this is a must try Thai dish when you visit Bangkok in 2024. It is worth travelling for good street food in Thailand and this Bangkok restaurant is called legendary crispy noodles for a reason. Rad Na roughly translates to poured face topping. Always found it and odd nondescript name, unless you've had it before you would have not idea what it was from the name. Just to add to the confusion, Rad Na can come in many many forms.

Great to see BOTH Joe and Gary here. Rad Nar is typically my way of testing how talented the Thai chef is...if they have mastered that dish, they are probably an excellent chef. Typically Rad Nar shrimp, but this RAD NAR fish and beef looks amazingly delicious. Mix white/brown rice with that beautiful gravy and you are in HEAVEN. Well done !!! I would eat there 2-3x weekly if I lived there. # M I C H E L I N S T A R candidate/chef. Only 27 years old. Crazy.
