The skin always looks so healthy with the perfect sheen without being overly dewy, or looking straight up oily like many like…even when he powders- he still keeps this youthful, plump sheen to the face. The eyes are always so captivating with the colors he chooses and those little details he does I’ve not seen anyone else do. Usually they’ll line the eye with a white or ivory liner and that can be beautiful too, but also very harsh and obvious. He uses just a touch of a lighter shimmer along the lower lash (and corners of the eye, gorgeous!!!) after using a light color shadow to smudge out beneath the lower lashes and it’s night and day. I much prefer how he does it. I think I look so tired and worn down when I bring all these dark colors around the eye everyone else goes to immediately, so I avoid the lower lash entirely to keep the brightness, but HIS way, it makes the eye pop and you see the reflects at different angles. It isn’t super obvious like the white liners are and I can still create the dimension under the eye with a lighter colored shadow while not making myself look like I had a really long day and got caught out in the rain.😂

Just when I thought you had shared most of your tricks and you pull a new one out-I’ve never thought of using a shimmer shadow on the bottom waterline. I typically only use liners, but I love the subtle shine of the shadow. You are a magician! I do hope that you drown out the negativity!

I respect you, Hung, for being the champion of skin care among the MUAs, especially for sunscreen. I am so glad to see this look where you use a sunscreen that is readily available and affordable. Your superpower is your use/choice of colours, Hung. I would love your team to tell you to consider re-creating any glam look you’ve done for Julianne Moore, on a model with the same fair colouring. The foundation has a lovely finish on camera. I enjoy these looks but I have very very fair skin so sometimes bronze shades can look like a bruise against my fair skin. Works best when I have false tan on and a bit of a glow. Thank you for the inspiration
