now, I know some of you guys might not like the animation quality particularly on this episode and such, but there's a reality to face, and it's that the To Aru franchise doesn't get as much animation budget as It should. Dengeki Bunko (the company that publishes the novels and mangas from To Aru and have the rights to them) makes a lot more profit from other mediocre series, generic isekais and the like, thus even if To Aru is way better than most of them storywise and lorewise, It's not as popular, doesn't make as much profit to the corporation and the studio and thus is mostly left aside and given a really thight budget for every season, the most likely case of the To Aru franchise at this point is that it is merely being animated by its small fanbase's demand instead of generating an actual good profit for both Dengeki and JC Staff. So, yea, To Aru is a great story that is poorly animated because of a profit issue, but that's why we must support It even now more than ever.

The Animation in this episode was really good, the CGI was decent and pretty bad itself but the way they animated the his awaken and sand tornado scene was really cool even if it's CGI which i think its actually the same way Ufotable does breath styles in demon Slayer just forgot what its called also the camera angels when he was flyinga nd landing on the robots and stuff was really good but there were still a few problems with it but since it all happened so fast it was fine

I feel bad for everyone who thinks they can take Accelerator on just because Touma did. Touma’s a Level 0, but he also has the ability to totally neutralize Accelerator’s attacks and defenses, and there is no one else on the planet who has that ability. Simply put, the only guy who can beat Accelerator already did, and everyone else missed their chance.

I know its hard to animate especially in Japan and they arent getting lot of money but damn, animation from Index 1 was way better than this and it was 10 years ago :/ Im glad they are making anime about best character from Index series and i think his story, personality, powers and everything about him is better than Touma's but damn, saddens me that they made it look so bad. Its not that he got nerfed, rather he got capped He cant process as fast as he used to (the entire sisters network doesnt even make 50% of what he USED to have) so he cant fully use that power, he can only do so many things at once now. I thought Accelerator was suppose to have been nerfed. I guess maybe the time he can stay in hsi esper mode but ever since he took control of the wind and created a plasma ball he sure as heck is stronger than before as if that fire tornado wasn't enough indication. Sadly this part of the Toaru series is only 12 episodes and not 24 which is kind of sad but no matter it's not too much of a loss.

No this is nerfed Accelerator, he can only use about 35 to 40 percent of what he could do before nerf so he used to be MUCH stronger although he gets buffed way beyond his original strength but this is awhile before that
