thanks for this. the cougar attack on road seemss to be replaced by wolves now, this worked waaaay better. and no fasst traveling or sleeping 3 timess needed :)

Welcome. The spawns are random, black bears, cougar and wolves.

Bro please help me i sold the carcass of the legendary black panther but i have it's skin but the trapper showing that is does not have all the ingredients

If you still have the skin you can deliver to the trapper. If not, save and reload the game, when you lose a skin it will be delivered automatically to the trapper.

Is my game like broken because I’ve went to all these locations and down near west Elizabeth and there is 0 cougars, literally haven’t found 1 in 3 hours of looking. Like there’s no way

Start in Annesburg, rent a room and sleep until morning, then go along the train tracks toward Willard rest, Abandoned Trading post. If you find a cougar, hunt it, save the game and reload the save. Do this route, between Annesburg and Abandoned trading Post back and forth, save after each cougar and reload until you get enough cougars. It always works for me, the saving and reloading resets the spawns, i literally got 2 cougars in same spot (between Abandoned Trading Post and Willard rest) in 1 minute.

What mod are you using? You have to be modded. This challenge cannot be completed unless the player cheats over the game cheating. I killed 8 cougars with a bow, nothing else, then skinned them but only 2 counted. The rest aren't. I'd love to be a Rockstar developer. The get paid for doing nothing.

No mod, just save and reload to reset the spawns. Also all random encounters in the area and legendary animal needs to be completed before.
