How does the revive feature work?

As a Solo player, you can take the Perk "Necromancer" and revive yourself once, after being shot down. After that, the Perk is gone and you must re-equip it after the Round. If you play as a team, the Necromancer perk lets you revive a dead teammate from a distance once.
