@ I totally agree that the ornament boxes take up too much space ☺️ My ultimate goal is to get an acrylic or glass curio cabinet or something similar with lots of shelves to put all of them into, and putting mini suction cups on the bottoms of some of the shelves so I can hang the fairy ones too 😁

How nice to be able to shop in person. I get most of mine on eBay paying $30 Canadian at least, in shipping, for each one. I have Pilot Barbie and paid $83. for her. If I were you I'd probably be scooping up that whole shelf and taking it to the till.

@ispybarbie guess I just really really wanted it! It was one of the first ones I bought because I have always wanted to be a pilot and when I was a kid there were no Barbie Pilots. In US dollars I paid $35 for her + $25.00 shipping. I also didn't really know what Barbies values should be. Hope you find her for the price you want! I also live in a really far-flung place in Northern Canada, so my only way to obtain box collector dolls is online. : / I've now got a really nice collection, but I paid thousands of dollars for it.

A store you were in reminds me of a really awesome antique store I saw in Newport, Rhode Island, traveling. But we also have a big one like that in Chemainus, B.C.

The book should be secondary market prices at the time the book came out. Which is just a basic guideline. But the books are so helpful in so many ways.

I love everything you got. I have the Autumn in Paris doll too. I got her for $25 at a doll show along with the Winter In Montreal. I also have a Summer Sophisticate Barbie by Spiegel. She is really gorgeous in her pink outfit. I love your pink aesthetic in your doll case. So pretty!!
