You should build an Eversea themed big fountain in Scott's area! It would make sense as well, considering your ties with the sea, and could be a really unique build to add to his area, with your colors and the glass+lighting effect you've used in your portal and the seahorse statues!

Every Pirate needs a harbor to dock their mighty vessel, so why not use Chromia as the harbor for a mighty airship (that you build). It can be there just in case you wish to plunder the empires that exist beyond the shores and in the sky.

Build a hut/shop with an upturned boat as the roof. have the boat have a big hole somewhere, because why would any sensible pirate repurpose a still bouyant boat? Also yeah, your empire does look beautiful, not just at night, though all the lights come to full effect then.

I think for Scotts empire you should build a smaller scale version of your skull, but instead putting a portal inside you can fill it with treasures. Or you could build a treasure chest like the one you have for your storage room.
