I can't recall if i had a single game on 9.7 with this plane so far, and if I end up on 10.7 i don't even leave the airfield, there's no way i'm willing to fight with F-104Gs, F-5Es, and J35XS-s, hell even the Mirage IIIs are scary when u fly something like this. Also this is my 1st jet that I intentionally belly-land, do to the lack of chute, and even the airbrake closes when the gears are out. And if this is the best Hunter; I'm glad I only went for the other 3 branches with the British aviation tree. I can imagine that the rest has even more handicaps...

I have the plane myself and some points I will disagree with are 1 Yes it is a subsonic jet but in reality that's a huge strength. You will be slower then some of your team but your also at the br in which a10s and su25s rule. Most other jets you can easily catch up to in a dive because it does have the ability to break Mach in a dive. One point I strongly disagree with is its turn rate. It is extremely good even without flaps. The only vehicle I've struggled to out turn is the f5c and that's without flaps. I get it's br placement due to its missiles and flares. However I've never had as much fun in this game before. So I wouldn't recommend using ge but it's definitely worth grinding for.

@Fanch you won't get premium benefits however if you are at its rank you will get a decent bonus

@@fanch9042 you still can grind with this vehicle because it still has a research bonus of 226% but you would still need a talisman to make it more like a premium.

I have two questions number one is how long did it take you to grind this squadron vehicle and number two is i think I might just buy it with GE because I did some math ( Even though my brain doesn't do math that often) and at the current rate I'm going I'm probably going to get it in like a like a year.

In the German aviation tech tree, find it as a green tab on the right side of the tree among the premium vehicles. If you click on it, you'll notice that you can purchase it like any other premium vehicle. Be warned, though, that you'll have to spade it like any other tech tree vehicle (you'll start with no modifications and have to unlock them), unlike premium vehicles. You can research this vehicle for free instead of purchasing it through the squadron research mechanism in game. To do this, join a squadron and you'll then be asked which squadron vehicle you want to start grinding. Choose the Hunter and every few days you'll get squadron research points based on your activity level during those days. This will take a long time though, as the points you can make per period are capped. Still, like Tank says in this video; I wouldn't buy the Hunter straight up unless you just have to have it. So start researching it, and in a couple months you'll have it. I should also note that the price to purchase goes down based on the research percentage you're at, so you could grind it for a while and then purchase it for significantly less GL.

The answer is pretty simple: don’t. If you’re new to the game, grinding this (or any other squadron vehicle) is just going to get you killed without the experience/game knowledge needed to play it

Start researching it if you want to, test fly it and any vehicle you want to purchase to get the feel of how it handles. Don’t buy it then jump into a match, learn how it feels and how you should fly
