I had a chat with Hunter and came across this question: Hunter how did you manage to still stay solid and do a neck stole, continue the same tempo of difficulty In elements after a switch? He replied : I didn’t panic since I still thought I can get this freestyle done well and have a chance at it Analyzing this by his playing and clicking pattern this is REAL body control and Showmanship, dude treated it like another Sunday. Professional yoyoing is a VERY mental game and Hunter displayed only maximum fortitude in this freestyle. The real winner here

Those negatives in the beginning are what kept this from being a winning routine I think. The difficulty, creativity, all that is there. This is a winning routine if he hits it clean. As opposed to Brandon Vu's routine where I think he lacks originality in his own tricks, along with his tendency to miss alot under pressure, Hunters routine here has the potential to win. And I'm not saying Brandon can't, I really do think he has the skills, but I've seen the routine he's been running at the last couple events, even if he hit it clean, like -3 even, I don't think that particular routine wins. I'm excited for the future, I can't wait to see these guys continue to evolve 💯
