I think we can assume that while Flapjack sacrificed himself for Hunter, his spirit will live on inside Hunter, just as all those palismen Belos consumed did. The difference is that Flapjack will help Hunter as his can spiritually where the palismen Belos had to deal with worked against him. Remember that as HUnter enter the portal, he says "Let's go, Flap." He might just be speaking figuratively, but it also may mean they still commune in some way.

I agree that they still communicate in some way, just as the ones in Belos did when he Luz and Hunter were in his head by trying to warn them. I do wonder if Hunter's eye color change and new scars are a result of the healing from Belos's time within him.

God this ep has a lot of emotions, Hunter was finally happy but noo of course Belos have to do this to the poor boy, he gave him a lot of new scars and basically killed Flapjack, and Luz..omg jm happy that Amity and the others is there for her I hope everyone gets better and finally be happy in pace. Im scared of the other 2 episodes, scared if Dana is gonna do a happy or bad ending, If I already cried a lot in this episode I cant imagine how much I will cry in the others. I was almost in tears by the end of the episode. At this point, all I need for the finale to be perfect is for luz and hunter to both get their happy endings. They've been through too much and deserve to be happy

This was a emotional roller coaster, beautiful moments ( Camila accepting Lumity, the gang living at the human realm, Camila being a 6 kids mom, Luz saying Hunter that he is beloved, everyone going back to the boiling isles) 😭💖💖💖; heartbreaking moments ( knowing that Manny died because he was sick, Luz blaming herself more than never, the dear Jackie giving up his own life to safe Hunter's and Camila realising that Luz's life at the human realm is unhappy) 💔💔💔🤧😭😭😭😭😭but not as shocking as Hollow mind

Hunter's eyes have changed to brown. After Flapjack helped him. They were the pinky colour before he threw the vial and then after everything and he reopened them they were brown and stayed brown.

Hunter in Hunting Palisman: “Unless you’ll be leaving behind your precious palisman…” Belos as possessed Hunter now: “You wouldn’t want me harming your precious palisman…” Admittedly I’m not a 100% sure this one was intentional but I’d like to think it was, this episode has so many amazing little callbacks to previous ones and I loved that. So many scenes in the show come across as different now after watching this episode and analyzing the little details.

1. When Hunter absorbed Flapjack, his eyes changed from purple to brown (the same color of Flapjack eyes). 2. When we met Hunter, he can't do magic. After absorbed Flapjack, maybe he can. 3. If Flapjack is inside Hunter like the owl is inside Eda, will Hunter turn to a monster bird? 4. When Flapjack chose Hunter, he was alone. When Luz said that Hunter was family, he wasn't alone anymore. That's why Hunter "don't need" Flapjack anymore.

Also, I hate to admit it, but we may have to wait until Episode 3 to see Luz and the kids again. There's a good chance the next episode will center on what's been going on in the Boiling Isles while Luz and Co. were in the Human world. I hope not, though, or at least not for the entire episode because I really want this story to immediately pick up where it left off. I do wonder if they will have to wander between the realms for a while, though. Thsisis not the Portal Eda found, after all and may work differently... Great reaction, btw!

Notice how after Flapjacks sacrifice Hunters eyes are brown not red so to me that can only mean he is no longer a Grimwalker. Plus he layed out his future plans where he said he wants to learn magic and carve Palisman.

So Belos... why did he want to return the human realm? I was a little confused cause this time he decided he wanted to go back again. The only thing I can think of is that Belos figured out King is a Titan and wants to keep King near so he can perhaps maintain his magical powers in the human realm, ending all "witches" and reforming society to his historic ideals.

Ok THEORY: I was wondering why Belos would go back seeing as the collector could easy beat him BUT, you can see through the first episode he is taking control of dead animals bodies, specifically using their bones as a sort of puppet. And seeing hunter controlled proved that he can fully take control of something. What on the boiling isles would be bones and powerful if controlled? The titan. The titan is a giant skeleton and if Belos can somehow manage to control it then it’s K.O. For everyone (which Belos wants anyways)

i'm POSITIVE that Evelyn and Caleb were a thing, like Caleb literally fell in love with her and Phillip disagreed and turned them in. Evelyn most likely gifted Caleb a palisman, which was none other than FLAPJACK!!! Flapjack and Caleb were probably super close besties, and when Phillip killed Caleb, Flapjack tried to save Caleb but got a scar and he couldn't save Caleb, so about 600 years later when he finally found Hunter, he chose him and because Flapjack knew he was going to die, he decided to sacrifice himself to save Hunter from death because he couldn't with Caleb. In short, "Big bro got a hot witch gf and lil bro got upset" fits perfectly lol So basically while Evelyn was in her last moments grieving over Caleb, she dammed Phillip to the boiling isles where he became stuck. That makes sense, right?

there's this really good theory that Evelyn turned in to Flapjack with a spell to see Caleb one last time and to try and save him, and to also see the other clones. From what i'm sure of, Caleb's clones all have the same personality Caleb had, how Hunter his cockiness but he's soft and emotional

Allow the feels. But now we will have Carmila meeting Eda. Which will be super emotional. Evelyn is belived to be a clawthorn which is why the portal door was at Eda's house. Flapjack isn't dead dead. He's apart of Hunter. Remember when they went into bellos's mind those palisman were still alive. Flap did something similar. So maybe flap is in side of hunter and he can now use magic or he can make flap a new body.

You look great in your Amity look and I believe that Amity was just as sad as you were while watching Flapjack sacrifice himself for Hunter so you mirrored what everyone in the Fandom and in the show at that moment was feeling. I believe the last words in tweet form were, "I love you and will be with you forever. " I knew this would wreck you after seeing your reactions to the King's Tide episode but I believe you cried even more. It's torture having to wait until the next episode and then the next after that but I'm quite certain both the story and animation will be top notch. Please keep up the great videos!

A few things. One I consider Hunter and Vee to be Luz's brother and sister now as I HIGHLY doubt Luz's mother will let em go with nowhere else to go as neither has anyone else. Two: I dont think Hunter is just a Grimwalker anymore but rather a human now. Three: I too wanna see Luz's mom meet Eda, and everyone else.
