Today was so much fun! I competed in my first strongman comp. Thank you @kcstrongman for hosting the @veterans_day_strongman_comp!
Wagon wheel Axel bar deadlift: 515
Keg press: 125x13
Dead hang: 55 sec ( I think)
Stone over bar: 225
I missed the 250 stone on time but damn that was awesome. I won 1st in the heavyweights and qualified for nationals next year.
Thank you to everyone but especially my @strong_barbell_club strongman crew! I was surrounded by family, coworkers, and friends. My heart is very happy🥹
