cool how Juna added some Middle Easter, Some Tango, and some Classical music into the composition - Harumo's sax play sounds best in the passage after 4:01 - 4:-15 where she gets to unfold - the other passages seem too muted for her style - The piano part is wonderful - This is a composition that Juna should work on perfecting even more
@darrellmfume40202 жыл бұрын
ain't NO such place called the middle east. ALL that land is NORTHEAST AFRIKA.
@rubenforlagetrhodos19872 жыл бұрын
@@darrellmfume4020I was referring to Iran/Iraq, Turkey, and Syria - not Nothern Africa! And for a reference to music origin, there is no colonial or racist undertone in my statement - Africa is a continent - the Middle East is a geopolitical loosely defined area reaching from south-west Asia - to - but not always including Egypt -- I also wrote Tango - I could have written Argentina - but then I would have left out Uruguay which also is part of the origin of tango - let's not nitpick - I was praising Juna for including inspiration from several parts of the world

WOW!!!! Juna, you are so much more than the Princess of FUNK!! You are most of the way there to being just plain.....The Queen of BASS movement!!! With your relaxed style, your feel for what the bass should be doing with each individual song, the coy little smiles that are so barely noticeable, yet able to bring the entire planet into perpetual light, don't even get me started on the sheer beauty I see from head to toe, being an artist/musician, I'm gonna say that same beauty continues on from the inside out to help spread caring, kindness and love to everyone that you cross paths with!!!! I've been playing Bass for 32 years, and I've decided the number one spot on my 'Bucket List' just became being blessed enough to share a stage with you.....even if only for a single song, if that ever happens, I will be content with the life I've led to that point and would accept the end whenever it has been fated to occur for me! BTW.....your thumb roll down is so smooth, its almost difficult to distinguish that it's more than one note. I'll take any post I can get, at any frequency, but I want one every single day! I would be a much MUCH happier person and of course it would tear me away from the horrible rat race I've slipped into and make me practice a whole helluva lot more than I am now!!!!! Thank you Princess Serita!!!!! May she reign for a thousand years!

It's so good. That effortless, and totally consistent, double thumbing is really impressive. At that level it's not just playing the right notes at the right times, and just doing that with something this tight and syncopated is impressive enough, but she's also getting perfect tone on every note.
