Sadly they don't make them like that any more. Pure escapism. Great to see Thom Christopher. I love the TV theme music, you don't get great TV theme music these days.

A pretty good episode. I like that when it comes to foreign nations they fictionalize it but give enough clues as to what real life country they're referring to. It gives the writers more freedom to make it entertaining without the fear of alienating some people. I also notice the 3rd or 4th Star Trek connection what with Persis Khambatta being the main guest star. The guy who plays Malone looks a lot like Will Ferrell IMO. Some great chase scenes in this episode especially at the end. I also like how when Hunter was tailing Malone he worked in tandem with McCall handing it off between them so they can more easily tail him.

Some great chase scenes in this episode. Another great episode. I see some people commenting about how this show wasn't realistic, of course it wasn't, it was created to entertain, and thus allow tv stations to sell advertising to as many viewers as possible. Using the formula from that time meant shoe-horning some unrealistic ideas and stunts into tv shows. Of course it's a bit silly, we all knew that then, and we know that now, but it's definitely entertaining.

The stunt drivers were amazing. There's a real artistry to what they did on shows like this.

@jeffreypierce1440 very true.TV stunt drivers, stuntmen and women were amazing on 80's tv shows. Look at Knight Rider for one,The stunts were amazing, then again I would pick that show as I am a huge Knight Rider fan. The stunts on Airwolf The A-Team, and Hunter were brilliant too. They should bring these shows back.

Yeah, I noticed that. And after it explodes, his girlfriend drives up and leaves the car door open when she gets out. But in the next shot, it's closed.

It's a flaw of designing -- putting the tires and the tank for gasoline in the same wagon.

Hunter chases a bad guy who stole a 4x4 truck. While Hunter drives up a narrow two lane side road, the truck appears on the horizon and is racing down the hill directly at him. While Hunter attempts to back up, the truck smashes into the front of Hunter's blue Plymouth, buckling the hood. The next point of view camera shot from inside Hunter's vehicle shows that he is driving a vehicle with an undamaged hood. After Hunter turns around, they next race down the hill, but the truck catches up and once more smashes into Hunter's car, but this time into the rear causing significantly noticeable damage. However, the next wide shot shows the rear of both vehicles side-by-side racing in front of the camera. Again from this camera point of view shot, Hunter's car has no rear damage while the truck sideswipes Hunter's car.

And 18:01 such a fond memory of the good old days when t-fr34ks were treated as the frks they were, rather than everyone having to actually pretend they really are what they say they are on any particular day for fear of losing your job. Now the law says he CAN use the l4di3s' restr00m. Oh so long ago. And the cop looks like permed hair-era William Shatner. I'm having trouble posting and editing this. Ya think it's because of the very topic I'm speaking about here???? Have to disguise the spelling of the protected class, right??? It keeps getting deleted and I keep modifying and re-adding it.
