I just picked up the same machine. Thanks for the video. Now i have to find a video on how to use the road force option,or what ever you call it.

I feel so confused about the align spoke process on that machine. Do you have some good suggestions?

Good video. I would recommend that instead of adding a second weight on the inside of the remove, that you remove the initial weight. Have the tire spin and install the new weight. If the tire doesn't balance then using a flat head screw driver and a hammer and slightly move the weight. Multiple weights on a rim look unprofessional. Other than that, it was a good video.

A few suggestions - you did not perform a centering check. Unless it’s centered on the shaft, it may say it’s balanced but it will wobble. Think about it in your head a bit. Makes sense. Second? You should back cone. It should not be on the outside of the rim. Third? To activate the road force feature, depress the dial three times. You will be on the bottom option and it will show a wheel on the tire - it’s a symbol. That will show you that the Road force feature is active. Anything over 10-12lbs on a lower profile tire will have too much force and be felt. Index the rims and tire to match the low and high spots, using a tire machine, and it will be incredibly smooth!

How do you do a center check on this machine?
@curtshumaker57684 жыл бұрын
It’s a setting off of the main settings. Perform a centering check is what you are looking for. Gotta do that first before a balance or it will be off...

@Victor Alvarado my suggestion? Get on Bunters website and find the local rep and have them come out and calibrate the machine. Make sure it’s tuned and in spec. As them for guidance on how to center the assembly. They will show you. I am happy to help, but they will do that for you when they calibrate it.

Bro, the adapter cone should be fitted from the back of the wheel, not the front. The rear cylindrical is the true machined center of the wheel, not the front.
