Great instructional video!. I learned how to do all that, but in my days we didn't have the modern equipment that you guys had. I figure by now you're probably already out of school and practicing what you learnt or running your own shop.

happy that you guys are doing something constructive with your life. and decide that you guys took a shot in automobile industry. I myself know the basics in in automobile. like, of course changing a tire. and pulling it back a new tire into a rim. I myself study, and took a training in auto body. you guys just started wait until you get into repairing the motor. that is going to be a little bit more technical. well wish you guys good luck and sick to your goals and dreams.

danny yo Just because there are some fancy tires and wheels out there needing special machines doesn't mean there aren't plenty of good old iron that needs real tires. Yeah them run flats are pretty cool but they arent for every vehicle. Ill keep my tire machine till I have a need for a fancy one like this. ;) cheers.

***** Thanks. That's the dumbest most ignorant comment I have heard today. People who buy into your philosophy are just making themselves weaker and more ignorant. Should something disturb the utopian world you live in you will be completely helpless. You will be depending on some old codger to teach you how to do things outside the world of automation and computers.

I just used hand tools to mount on my mustang bulllitt wheels. The secret is to lube the entire bead area and dish soap dries to fast for hand mounting. I use synthetic bearing grease mobile 1, use finger and rub it on as thin as you can, just make it shine with the grease it will slip on much better.

enginemodify Still using the old-style tire machines that make the operator lift heavy rims/tires up onto the top of the changer. Now they have machines that lift the tire for you and that remove/replace tires down on the SIDE instead of lifting them up on top. Saves on the back I tell ya fer sure! (after doing several dozen wheels).

That part with the arrow to help you aim on what is the correct area of the rim it points to (wheel balancing part) Why didn't the engineer just put a laser mark on that so you can SEE exactly where it is on the rim rather than eyeing it with a hammer extended from the arrow is beyond me... so much technology to figure this data on the wheel balancing machine, and a freaking laser is too much lol

I don't think they can strip and fit and balance 4 tyres in 15 minutes especially with stick on weights plus they don't use their hands enough. if you have 3 cars needing tires and you are the only tire fitter you cant be spending 6 minutes to strip & fit & balance 1 tire. you will be fired in my workshop!
