Imon is somewhat correct. If you remember, Gon and Killua got Nen after Wing forced Nen on the kids which opened up the micropyles/'pores' on their body. In a sense, the kids accidentally opened up the pores on Rammot.

This arc asks you to remember all they teached you about nen: -The reason the rabbit got nen is the same as how Gon and Killua got from their teacher, someone used nen on them and it force their pores open. -Kite ability is powerful since it has a condition and restriction. conditions add in power while restrictions multiply it depending on how severe or adamant to follow it (How Kurapika made the vow that he would die if used some abilities in anyone besides the troupe). THIS is the most important one to remember.

Hisoka and illumi are pretty close in power , but in nen fights it's always tricky because you could have a strong enhancer like Uvo and could still be easily beaten by a manipulator like illumi , nen fight can depend on the situation and the nen ability

It is not confirmed who is stronger between Hisoka and Illumi, they are consider equals. Chrollo is stronger than both. HxH is not a show where u just need raw power to win fights. If that were the case Uvo would have won against Kurapika. Chrollo, Hisoka and Illumi's nen is dynamic, thats what makes them scary.

Hisoka thinks he's stronger than Illumi (SPOILER: He calls Illumi a "95" and it is said earlier than he thinks he's the strongest so he would be a 100 himself in his mind) but yeah that's hardly confirmation since Hisoka is kind of biased here xD "Chrollo nearly killed Hisoka should easily suggest that he's stronger than both" Chrollo had the prep time and willing allies to give him a power boost. Hisoka literally allowed him create an invincible foolproof plan to defeat him, revealed his own abilities while Chrollo kept part of his secret, and despite all that Chrollo still failed to kill Hisoka in the end despite having all the advantages. The databook suggest that they're equal: Chrollo is a better strategist but Hisoka is higher in term of raw talent.

Physically hisoka is stronger than him, when it comes to power Chrollo has more options, but hisoka's power is quite practical. And don't forget that Chrollo braced himself for a 100% victory, and arrogant hisoka got into a trap of his own accord, so he had to fight an army of 200 puppets with a sniper hidden from far attacking him. Hisoka was clearly at a disadvantage.

Rammot's nen awakening is explained during Heaven's Arena arc when Wing tells them that there are two ways to unlock an indivdual's nen. The first way is the way Wing opened up the pores for Gon and Killua and the second way would've been the "nen greeting" where you forcefully and maliciously open them which could potentially lead to death. In Rammot's case he was strong enough to endure it and develop his nen.

And I will never spoil this show because what happens in this arc has to have that long buildup. It's a very slow burn. The wait for people that know is the hardest part, but it's necessary, because the tears will be earned when they happen... 6:45 Yeah, the two of you can hope all you want that a thing that looks like a fusion of Cell and Frieza is going to come out being a pure sweet good boy. 16:45 And there it is. The first and last we'll ever see of Gon's Scissor attack. 20:00 Exactly. That's exactly why Silva > Ging by, like, a billion. Silva is a good dad for raising a horrifically powerful assassin. 24:00 Yeah, that's just Kil going back to super-murder mode. And yes Ami, Gon is an Enhancer, where Rock is his Enhanced punch, Paper is his Emitted blast, and Scissor is his Transmuted sword. 25:30 They didn't eat anyone. When Gon & Killua first gained the ability to use Nen, it was because Wing blasted both of them with a bunch of Nen to open up their micropyles. Gon and Killua basically did the same thing to Rammot; by hitting him with charged-up Nen, Gon awakened Rammot's body to Nen, and since he survived, he's now able to utilize it. 26:00 Kite's group are Hunters, I think, but they're super-low-level or amateurs; I don't even know if they have Nen.

Kite has a very clever ability. He has a very strong condition, which is random allotment of weapons. This makes weapons strong, but is completely impractical ability because you are absolutely fucked if you get a wrong weapon. But we know kite is not that stupid. Also, it is revealed later that this ability was built with help of ging, so it is has to be practical. The way kite makes it useable is by giving cloun a very attention hungry personality. Crazy slot always wants to show off and get Kite's praise/approval, but kite always tells him bad spin, which makes him more angry and he tries his best to get as good weapon there is for the situation. Also, Kite does not like taking life but ability makes him use weapon, apart from crazy slot being a total eyesore are part of restriction also. All this makes Kite's weapons even stronger than Gon's jajanken, while also guaranteeing he gets best weapon in every case. Also, as we discover later, these weapons go far beyond just standard damage. I think this makes crazy slot one of the best balanced and powerful abilities after skill hunter of chrollo.

Hisoka, chrollo and illumi are very close in power. It’s really situational on who has an advantage. Chrollo has the most up side because he can steal abilities. And the chrollo was fighting both Zeno and Silva he was fighting defensively the entire fight. And I don’t think chrollo can beat Silva or Zeno one on one to be honest. Unless he stole some super strong abilities we don’t know about. But if that was the case I would assume he would use them since he was fighting 2 zoldycs at once.

Chrollo, Hisoka, Illumi and Kite are likely same level of fighters. Chrollo is prob a bit weaker than Zeno 1 on 1, Zeno saw through Chrollo’s intentions, controlled the fight, and his last comment pretty much means a Nen death match can be unpredictable, this will be brought up again. Zeno, Silva, and Illumi are all around the same level, like all top level zoldyck family talent, aside from killua, who surpasses all of them. I’d say Illumi might be slightly weaker among the 3 only due to being younger. Phantom Troupe actually has an arm wrestling ranking, Chrollo is not that strong physically, while hisoka is likely the strongest physically among those 4 I mentioned(followed by Illumi, through his training I guess, plus so we saw him dig with his arms, it is hard to say how strong Kite is physically, but he is a weapons specialist, making chrollo the least fitted for face to face combat among them), I’d say hisoka beats chrollo in a straight up fight without prep, but chrollo beats them all with prep due to how many abilities he can gather with prep, won’t go too deep into it due to potential spoilers.
