In reality the only characters they can actually defeat are probably Komugi, Tonpa, Nicholas, Bizef and other normal humans. They will instantly die against any characters who knows how to fight let alone Nen users.

Every hunter is required to know nen. Also Tonpa made 35+ Hnt exam appearances and only failed on purpose. Dude built like that and he could still run 100+ miles in a few hours, same with Nicholas man's went like 50 miles
