@@Noirean you did not just say that… Pokémon? Kiyomaro isn’t using Gash to prove he was the greatest there ever was. Gash helped pull Kiyo out of a dark place in his life and Kiyo wants to pay him back by helping him with his dream to change his world for the better. They become like close brothers over the course of the series. If you think their relationship is anything at all like a master and their pet you either hadn’t watched far into the series, haven’t watched it in a long time, or just haven’t watched it.

@@ammash3000 Been a long time, but it's not the same. The reason I compare it to Pokemon is because the way they meet is similar. Gash was sent to Kiyo and they become friends through battle. Gon and Killua literally had no reason to be friends other than mutual respect from the beginning. They didn't need each others powers or anything. Both Gon and Killua could've survived without the other, but they became friends anyway.

Can you please just let them find that sh*t out yourself? Sure, it may not be a big deal in this instance, but hints like this will continue and eventually turn problematic at some point. And so will hype-comments that should be considered outright spoilers because they more or less take away what's gonna happen with the context they'll have. That includes stuff like talking about episode XYZ 60 episodes in advance.

@@lashaunbeazer9264 I wouldn't say worse but basically equal to heavy spoiling in a lot of instances, and sometimes worse. It should be treated as spoiling and immediately removed by mods if you want to deliver true pure reactions, which is what many people are looking for. You're entirely right, hyping stuff up and especially overhyping can kill the vibe. It sets expectations, whether or not you want it to, and those expectations impact the emotion as well as the reaction. But beyond that it can also give away stuff almost. Someone with a half-functioning brain will often be able to deduce how the story is gonna progress as they get closer to the overhyped point due to all the context they're gonna have by then. I have seen reactors who were able to guess somewhat accurately what was gonna happen in 2 episodes time due to the sheer amount of extensive hyping they had in their comment section.

It's already there. You may disagree but listen to this. Togashi made a Twitter account without telling anyone. He made it using random numbers and letters with no face included or even saying it was him. Fans had to get official confirmation that it was him. This made him the most followed person in all of Japan in just a few hours. All that he had posted was the bottom corner of a page with a number on it. This was after years of no word from him. The way people flocked to him under these circumstances are unheard of. Not even the biggest celebrities and musicians can pull that off because people lose their fame when they're gone for maybe a few weeks or months max. You just become a one hit wonder. Not togashi. People world wide strongly believe hunterxhunter is the best story ever written. Peoples desire for more is unyielding and unending. That's actually part of why it's such a great story.

Parker my man im sure you've seen this world has technology, medicine, and magic by the time I make this comment, but that eye preservation nitpick was odd for a man of your intelligence and keen observation I've come to see in you. It's odd in that organs and eyes have been preserved for a long time now. There wouldnt be a medical process for organ donors or the urban/real stories of organ thieves to sell on the black market.
