I think giant is an understatement! People hunt their entire lives and never see a deer like that, and for it to come together with three generations present is a blessing for sure! Great job Dawson!

Once again the story is of the utmost importance! Dawson is a lucky kid and you are a great father. Makes me remember times spent in the woods with my dad when I was young. Nothing taught me to love my dad more than seeing his love for gods creations.

You did it again, you produced a film 🎥 that made me tear thankful 🥲 tears for all of the memories hunting with my Dad and brothers when we were younger. You do all those adventure hunt films and they’re great, but the ones that tug on my heart ❤️ strings are these family ones. That truly is a giant. I thought Halo was a big deer 🦌 and he is, but that buck whatever Dawson wants to call him absolutely dwarfed Halo. It’s going to be extremely difficult for Dawson to top his first whitetail buck. 🦌 Congrats to him and the Matzinger family.

I relate to this video so much. Awesome job! I take for granted how many lessons I learned the hard way as I try to teach my kids. It's not "automatic" for the kids yet, which I think makes it more exciting for us adults trying to teach them.

What a deer! That young man killed the deer of a lifetime for many hunters, but the thing that stands out to me the most is the company he shared this hunt with. Dang, I'd love to have one more hunt with my grandpa, who's been gone for 6 years now and my dad, who hasn't hunted for the last 4 seasons. Someday Dawson will look back at this hunt and realize how special it truly was.
